The location is good, the breakfasts are good, the staff is friendly. The room is warm, there is a refrigerator, the Wi-Fi is fast. I really don't like cockroaches... And they met in the bathroom...

Nice city hotel. Despite the fact that it is located on the noisiest street in Batumi, it is arranged so that all rooms overlook the courtyard and the noise is almost inaudible. Small but comfortable rooms (ours was really very small), good breakfasts. In general, I advise you.

We visited in January 2025. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and pictures. Everything turned out to be much worse. The rooms are very small. Peeling ones. It is impossible to sleep on beds, as on firewood. The pillows were made of stone, and everyone had neck and back pain. They suffered. The toilet is microscopic. There wasn't even any water in the room. There was no cleaning. There was no toilet paper. Additionally, no one brought tea bags. I do not recommend the hotel.
