We arrived, and our burger has been cold for a very long time. They asked why it didn't squeak, they told us that we must have gone far away. The girl's job is to warn about all the nuances and leave a good impression after communicating with her.
Staff is a 50% success rate. But judging by the reviews, we are not the only ones who have negative impressions after communicating with the cashier.

The burger is not salty, the whole thing is falling apart, the sauce seems to be there, but the cutlet is dry. Potatoes, on the contrary, are too salty. But most importantly, they did not put napkins. Although there are gloves, it is impossible not to get dirty when eating such a burger, respectively, the lack of napkins further spoiled the impression of the institution after poor service and tasteless food. Awful. I didn 't have the burger I wanted . When trying to choose another one, so as not to delay the queue, I ask for any burger without onions, to which the dissatisfied cashier replies "We can do anything without onions." To the question "Is there a bacon burger?", they give me the menu "see the menu" and turn away. Having chosen a burger , I ask you to make it without onions . "waiting 40 minutes." Fine. We're leaving. After 10 minutes, it beeps already. And no, doing it in advance is not a plus, it also does not match the time, it causes inconvenience. One potato is fine, the other is overcooked and dry. My burger is with both kinds of onions. I came back, asked to change, rolling my eyes, I was told to wait 5 minutes. After a couple of minutes, I bite into my burger (which was pointed at, not served, I had to reach for it through other trays) and I almost vomit. Yes, the reaction to the onion. They threw off the green slightly, but not all of it , and the onion remained in place . No mood, no appetite. I just didn 't have the strength to swear after work . The second burger tastes mediocre.. The place is terrible. I don 't advise anyone .

We went to the concourse food festival on purpose. We were interested in a couple of sets, one of them is in this institution. Almost everywhere the waiting time is 45 minutes. Almost desperate , they made a last attempt to find out how long to wait for a set in this place , because there were no 45-60 minutes left .They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, they did it in 15 minutes, taking into account that there was a huge queue in front of us! Delicious, fast, at an adequate price!!!
