The atmosphere is pleasant, the ears with potatoes are very tasty with garlic bread - you can just lick your fingers. But the hodgepodge turned out to be sour, but this did not spoil the situation. Well, the dessert is also delicious (fried chips - pancakes) thanks to the staff for their attention.

The only thing on the table of the institution's schedule is the opening at 10:00, after 10:00 we entered, we were told that the schedule had changed, and the institution opens from 11:00, maybe this is a very recent change and did not have time to change the schedule on the door, I think they will fix it soon, an excellent institution, I recommend)

I have been visiting the old traditions for a long time, because my friends work at the Moscow-Vienna shopping center. The place is small and therefore very cozy. The waiters promptly take orders, and the kitchen issues them quickly. You have to wait a minimum of time. The menu is traditionally full of Belarusian cuisine. Everything is delicious and cheap. Excellent price/quality combination. I recommend it!!! ... try pig ears)))

One day in Minsk, we went to eat, very expensive, not tasty, like in the market of fast food tents. It was possible to fry the draniki fresh, and not reheat it in the microwave!The dish cost 25 belor rubles!
We went to Cornflowers for dinner, ate enough, and it's twice as cheap!

I ate on the terrace near the window. A wonderful place and a view of the street, it is wide and passers-by do not pass so close to the windows. I liked watching the guests - there were Russians, two companies with children, a couple, etc. In general, it is clear that people like it there. I ordered 1,2, salad, compote, coffee - everything was brought very quickly and tasty. The staff is fast and polite. A very cozy terrace, you eat and look at the street, a cool place.

Including borscht and draniki :) It is a pity that there is no Belarusian moonshine, but only tinctures, which feel like 25-30 degrees at most. But by mixing a glass of vodka with a glass of horseradish, you get what you need - tasty and strong! We liked the service even more - we felt welcome!

A great atmospheric restaurant. Two halls. In summer, a veranda is added. We got a shift with excellent staff. Although according to reviews, everything is not always smooth in this institution. But personally, we really liked it. That was in 2020.
We visited several more times in 2021. No complaints: neither to the kitchen nor to the staff.
And here we decided to celebrate our daughter's anniversary this year. We did not lose. We booked a separate room. Maxim, the waiter serving us, exceeded the best expectations. He recommended a selection of hot dishes and desserts. And the chefs of the establishment cooked everything quickly, efficiently and extremely tasty!

A great place with a good, varied and "energetic" menu of traditional cuisine.
While passing through Belarus, I evaluated many establishments according to the taste of the refrigerator and draniki :)
And it was here that these two dishes seemed especially delicious to me, although the price tag was more budget-friendly than in previous places visited.
In general, my kind recommendation is if you want to have a quick snack without problems and at the same time feel the local flavor.
