The institution of the highest category. Mannered, large-scale. Everyone is polite and courteous. The kitchen is on fire. They feed me heartily. The portions are large. The best impression of a trip to Pavlodar.

Everything is fine, the kitchen, the staff, but the music and the program for March 8th want the best. There is no music at all, only to order, for money. Others also have orders, but somehow adequately, they sing a lot themselves.
