The castle is beautiful, but not impressive. We enjoyed watching the exhibitions, strolled through the galleries and halls.
I really liked the restored ovens, I was delighted with their variety and shapes. The bathing place was very impressive - I have not seen this anywhere else. The restored interiors are very beautiful.
The halls with the exhibition of weapons interested men, I enjoyed fine art and icon painting with pleasure.

The surrounding area is clean, partially under construction.
For lovers of antiquity and history, for children and their parents - in general, a cool place. My favorite cashier at the entrance, who speaks Belarusian with everyone, is very colorful and memorable at once (Easter egg from a girl with a Kazan purse) . It's a little thing at the entrance. Good restoration. I advise you to take a tour, because you will learn a lot of information about what and why is decorated in the castle, what was built / destroyed and when, from the guide.
If you are walking with young children, keep in mind that the passages of the stairs are quite narrow, spiral-shaped and can scare them (we met a small visitor on the way down, who was very afraid of this).
And one more thing: start the inspection immediately from the observation deck and go down. I have been to the castle for the 2nd time and this hint from the city guide saved me strength during the day.
