The Old Town in Antalya is the most popular attraction. Tourists are attracted by the opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of antiquity. Fortress walls, towers, and residential buildings have been well preserved even since the time of ancient Rome. Some have been restored. It is very exciting to realize that these walls "remember" the people who lived here several centuries ago. Perhaps one of the early Christians walked here and preached about Jesus Christ to the inhabitants of the ancient city. It is written about one of these Christians in the biblical book of Acts:
"He knew the teaching of [the Lord] and, prompted by the holy Spirit, spoke and taught about Jesus with great fervor..."
A wonderful place, I highly recommend it to all guests of Antalya. An atmospheric place, architecture at the peak of epochs and cultures. There are many good catering establishments and magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
A great place, narrow streets with old buildings. Everywhere, mostly, there are shops with traditional Turkish carpets, dishes, souvenirs, oriental sweets, different varieties of tea. Sometimes you can get lost in the streets, but good-natured merchants will always tell you.
A wonderful place to walk. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, souvenir shops. The prices are too high, designed for tourists) There is a hammam, supermarkets. There are exits to the port, to the Memerli beach and to the park.
A very beautiful part of Antalya, you can walk several times and always discover something new. Restaurants for every taste . The prices are not small, but everything is compensated by the setting and the surrounding atmosphere. There are also small shops where you are always welcome
I was very impressed by the historical center of Antalya - Kaleici. Narrow streets surrounded by bengovilia. Atmospheric restaurants, ancient hotels, mosques, a fortress.
We flew to Antalya with the children purposefully: to live in the center. It has its own aesthetics! Very beautiful old buildings, which, perhaps, stood under Constantinople)))) to understand the culture of modern Turkey, this place is a must-visit.
We were there in the evening. There are many different shops. The old houses are empty and abandoned. There are many interesting cafes. There are not many people. Of course, the historical center. But somehow I didn't feel the energy.
If you love history and walk along such lovely streets, then be sure to visit the old town of Kaleichi!! It is very beautiful and even more interesting with a guide.
One hundred percent ready to visit. It is different in the afternoon and evening.Don't waste your time.Of course, there is not much left about antiquity, but in its current form it is a great place to walk.
A very beautiful and soulful place. The port, the embankment, the streets, the cafes are all saturated with oriental antiquity.there are a lot of new models, but you can still see the old buildings. The entrance to the mosque is free, only you need to take off your shoes and cover your head. The oldest street in the city is a shopping area for tourists, the local flavor is widely represented.Definitely ready to visit.
The city is a museum. It is not inferior to Girona, the streets of Budva and Prague. Beautiful view of the sea. The abundance of cafes and shops, the interweaving of local and European culture. Echoes of ancient Greece, represented in the museum, frescoes, statues...in general, the museum is excellent. We were very satisfied.
Yes, you can safely visit 2 and 3 times. It's better in winter. It's probably insanely hot in summer.
It is beautiful, cozy, pleasant, as in any southern city. Definitely ready to visit !
Of course, there is nothing much to see here. There is almost nothing truly old, a lot of new clothes. But not bad views of the bay. You can visit once and check the box.
I really liked the old town. There were also in new Antalya, but there is no such charm of old buildings. The old town is small, but very cozy and beautiful. We really liked it 😊
It's a great place. The old part of the city with narrow streets, cafes and a market has been preserved here. It's a beautiful place. Running away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The vacation starts here :) I recommend.

A beautiful place, narrow cozy streets, there are several mosques and a historical fortress. The only drawback, as in the whole of Antalya, is that it is quite dirty, you can turn the corner and go straight to the trash. If you walk in the morning (around 9-10 o'clock), then almost everything is closed, except for a few souvenir shops.

We were on an excursion. Very beautiful architecture and view from the observation deck. Cozy small streets with cafes, restaurants and hotels. It's clean, there's no trash lying around.
A beautiful original pleasant city. Interesting architecture and how some houses have been preserved. There are several authentic cafes where they make delicious coffee and a beautiful view.
An architectural piece of history surrounded by a modern world and bars. An interesting place is recommended to visit. An ideal place to arrange a meeting place
I love very much. This is the place....to sit and look at the sea in the port, take a walk in the park, go to Adrian's gate and, of course, walk along the shopping streets!
A historical place.I recommend you to visit. The only entrance gate preserved from the walls is the cat. They once surrounded the city. The road, on which the traces of the carts are clearly visible, is very impressive. They are located near the old town of Kaleci.Everyone who loves the old days must definitely see and feel the beauty and grandeur of that era.
It's great that we saved this part for tourists. There's even an old hotel there with a view of the bay.We met Johnny Depp there with a suitcase.I'm still wondering if he's a doppelganger.
It's a pleasure to walk there. You can take a boat ride, eat in a cafe on the shore, walk along the pier.Get into an extraordinary elevator and climb to a new city.

The old town left a lot of impressions. I really liked everything. Whatever you touch, everything has its own history of thousands of years! The harbor is historical . The buildings of that time were really large-scale, emphasizes the Majesty of the Ottomans. Definitely ready to visit.
The Gate of Adriadne. Antalya is a pleasant city in winter, citrus fruits grow bananas, the sea is warm, I even took a swim, in general I recommend it.

The atmosphere of the old town is very inspiring. I just want to stay here longer and visit all the local cafes and restaurants, which I do every day. You can throw tomatoes at me for my carefree life, but I'll tell you just two words: "Thanks to Odysseus and his GRIMACE folk project" tg: @grimace and then it's up to you. I wish everyone all the best!
