Good afternoon!
We are tourists with a lot of experience, there are many places where we have been and there is something to compare with!
We chose a hotel based on the principle of a good water park and a party for children,
1. AK Biblioglobus transported us to this hotel- horror and guard, 6 hours in flight, we were not even fed! It's an outrage.
2. Check-in here quickly we were given a room, we didn't have to wait much at 11.00 we were in the rooms.
3. The room is terrible, family room with a moving door, the room was all dirty, the toilet did not work, dirt was everywhere, flying in white socks, there were black ones! They don't know how to clean!
4. Nutrition. Oh, here I can just write to you, I haven't seen such horror for a long time 5 types of cabbage, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sauce, that's the whole table. Salads are just terrible, in order to find food for ourselves, we had to go through all the restaurants on the map and understand what is normal and not dead here. they don't know how to cook remus at all, everything is stupid and not tasty.They even manage to spoil omelets in a liter of oil. Queues are huge everywhere, children are queuing for pasta, queues everywhere are like in the 90s. Then we found restaurants in Leila. they are more decent, go there, everything in the Jungle is very tasty and salty and spicy and just disgusting. 1 type of chicken, 1 type of meat (deceased) and that's it.the fish is fried in red flour, it's trash. The shrimp are all in butter, the food is just terrible from breakfast to dinner. The food here is for 3 with a huge minus. Yes, this is not Turkey, but you can at least put pasta for children in every restaurant, if that's what you call them. There is no diet table, but there is nothing there by and large. We were really shocked all 7 days. Leila saved a little bit.
4. The sea . HE's not there, they take him on a broken wreck for 15 minutes, it's faster to get back.The beach is dead, flies are everywhere, the sea is low tide, the food there is just a guard, I did not even see this in Turkey in the 90s. everything is old on the sea, from the pier to the sun beds. Arabs are always trying to get paid services. The bar there is just a laugh! It's all from a vending machine, it's disgusting.
6. Slides, but there's nothing bad to say, they're cool here.
7 Pools, also good, no questions asked.
The security at the hotel is at the highest level, well done here. There are guys standing over the pools everywhere and everyone is watching. 5 +
8. Alcohol. We were afraid of getting poisoned by their drinks. We do not recommend it.
The coffee shop is cool in Layla (Columbus), it's great there. The rest have sour, cheap coffee.
At the check-out, they asked to extend the room, extortion began, then 110, then 70 dollars. We just gave up the room and went to the Spa before departure.
At the hotel at 16.01 the child was refused a waffle, despite the fact that the cook stood and baked these waffles to the Germans! The Russians have a strange attitude.
The guide at this hotel, Hussein, is an arrogant type, only that he breeds on excursions, everything is 2 times more expensive. We went from him on 2 sea trips, this is something with something, to swim, sunbathe, eat, as in camp by the hour and swim in the sea just holding on to the circle.
If you are flying for delicious food, cool sea, good attitude, then definitely not here. Choose other hotels. They will spoil your rest here.
If you ride slides and swim in pools, then that's it. At the same time, do not eat normally, do not drink, that's the very thing))))
The food is all so tasteless that it is difficult to convey. Even at the reception, Russian girls understand everything, but they can't say it, it's their job. A bunch of stupid restaurants with no food.

We were from March 4 to March 18. It's not bad at all.
There are some that can be found. There were no queues, only for the morning meal at the German restaurant. I went to the nearby Moroccan. There was no one there.
I read a one-star review and was very surprised, as if they had written about another hotel.
The only thing that upset me was the check-in here and the fact that I was ill for 2 days. Cold.
They gave us a bad room at first, but we refused to check in there.
Then they gave me a room with a sliding door. After spending about 15 minutes with a hint of 20 bucks, but we didn't give it
Everything in the room worked. The cleaner did not clean badly for Egypt, but we were barefoot in white socks and did not walk on the floor.
The food, of course, depends a lot on the shift.
It was quite tasty for a week.
The second is worse.
Well, the soup got very salty 1 time. And so they were not badly fed.

We arrived in January. Children and adults were delighted: large water parks, heated pools, decent food, huge territories, not bad rooms, unobtrusive but interesting animation, children's attractions. I would like to come back!

It's an amazing place..We were a family for a week, but even during that time we didn't have time to go around and try everything out. Both we and the children are delighted!
The staff is all friendly, everything is constantly being cleaned, washed, cleaned...very nice, clean-it's nice to walk around the territory♥️

I really liked the hotel. Slides for adults and children . For children, the "world of slides" has a huge selection for every taste. The hotel is on the second line, but we did not feel any problems in this. The shuttle went very often , they waited up to 10 minutes at most. There are a lot of pools, cleaned every evening and morning. The territory is huge and clean. There are many restaurants, you can choose from an assortment of food, you definitely won't stay hungry. We would come back again...

Far from the sea, the shuttle bus runs once every half hour, it takes 10 minutes to drive. Otherwise, it's a great hotel. The territory is shared by three hotels of the chain, Waterpark valley, Jungle and Alf Leila Wa Leila. A huge number of water slides for infants to adults who have nothing to lose :-) The food, as the frequent guests of Egypt said, is very good in comparison. There were plenty to choose from, including my eldest with a gluten-free diet. The rooms, I lived in 7041, are spacious, everything is working, clean, cleaned every day. The hotel is very suitable for families with children. We had a rest for May 2023.

10 out of 10. The huge territory of the hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. Clean warm pools. There is not even anything to talk about about the water park. Everything is at the highest level, everything is provided for both children and adults. The water slides are impressive at first glance, while safety comes first. Excellent service staff. Good entertainment program. A variety of food. There are a lot of different restaurants and bars, you definitely won't stay hungry.

I've been here 4 times, and I'll go on the 5th, the kitchen is decent! bomba water park, people come here from other hotels to swim, otherwise everything is like everywhere else, BUT!! CAREFUL!!! garbage cleaners with black, non-transparent bags, in the water park area, STEALING SHOES!! I CAUGHT ONE!!! it takes 15 minutes from the airport, a minibus goes to the sea every 15 minutes, it takes 7 minutes to drive, but the sea is so-so.... although it's still the sea. the shops are a 5-minute walk away, BUT ! it is better to go to the city for normal Turkish things, and the price tag is lower and the quality is better... Take a bungalow with a rhinoceros, there is a basik nearby, it is very invigorating in the morning, and there are no people, because the bungalow is high.

There were hotels in this area from 08/27/2022-09/04/2022. The hotel is very nice, the territory is so large that you can't get around everything. We stopped by at night and were a little upset at first. Our room was 5090. This is the end of the territory, a view of the distant hills, repairs were underway next to us, because the hotel continues to improve. But in the end, it didn't bother us in any way, and we didn't change it. The room is very large, we were pleasantly surprised. The food is very tasty, and everyone can find according to their taste, shrimp (on a certain day) fish, beef, lamb, always. (different preparation) sweets, fruits, vegetables. Ice cream. Slides for different ages. In terms of safety on the slides, everything is clear, you will not be launched until the one who rolled down comes out. Even at children's pools, there are a lot of employees who monitor safety. The depth of the pools is from 50 cm to 1.7 in different pools in different ways. Cons can be found everywhere, but we were going to rest, so we didn't look for them) the animation is super, but you need to look at the schedule, because some entertainment takes place outside the territory on a large field. The alcohol is good, the cocktails are delicious. The rooms (houses) are in the form of complexes and each complex has its own swimming pool, you can swim in it until 6 or 7 pm, the main pools close at 5 o'clock for processing. There is a bus to the beach about 10 minutes away. If there is a pier from which you can watch the fish. Take masks with you. If you want to choose this hotel, do not hesitate to like it. The only thing is, do not take services on the territory before meeting with the guide. (massage, excursions) (more expensive) Only through a guide.

Good afternoon! We went to this water park and the impressions were excellent up to one point. My son persuaded me to ride a red slide with white stripes for the second time, we went as a result, the man who let everyone on the slide turned us around, allegedly I had a decoration - this is a short gold thread around my neck, at 11 a.m. he let us through without problems, then I stood next to this slide and looked at how he lets others through - he missed the Arabs with jewelry to the navel and the Germans. I asked the first and last name of this controller on the slide, to which he told me Muhammad and covered the last name with his hands on the badge. I demanded to open the badge completely - he resisted for a long time - the name of this man is Muhammad Abbas. I demand that this employee be fined for violating his official duties and for our ruined day at the water park. Disgusting attitude towards Russians!!! Sadly

We have rested many times in this hotel. 2022 was the last time we came here. There are huge spiders in the room. Dust in layers. No one has changed the bed linen for 2 weeks! It's all stained. I slept for 2 weeks in my clothes. The towels are all in terrible condition. The rooms are cleaned terribly. The shower was repaired 3 times in 2 weeks. The water park has hot tiles, you can't walk without shoes. Compared to 2014, the hotel has become terrible!
The food is excellent. There are no complaints here.

We are currently in this hotel for the sixth time, we are flying from St. Petersburg via Minsk, the hotel is gorgeous in all concepts, neither children nor adults will be bored, the kitchen is on the level, the cleanliness of the territory and rooms, you can list everything indefinitely, in general I recommend and you will not regret it.
