Dear friends and compatriots, we are writing a review on all possible sources for the Emerald travel company and the Starway hotel with which this company cooperates
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then it is better not to contact the Emerald company, since you will not receive anything promised in the program
The whole travel company seems to consist of one single person - Javid, who is both the general director, the owner of the hotel, and the guide, and by the way the only person who speaks passably in Russian or English
Of all the excursions that were promised, we were provided with only one-an overview of Lankaran with two escorts who speak only Azerbaijani. Therefore, it cannot be called an excursion
The service at the hotel leaves much to be desired - when they asked to replace wet towels with dry ones and remove the trash can, a girl came to us, clearly unhappy that this had to be done, quickly threw the towels on the bed and left slamming the door.
Therefore, if you expect that you will have clarity on time, schedule, guides who know the history of the region and speak Russian on this trip, then this is definitely not the option
The only thing I want to say is thank you to our driver, a young man, and the owner and staff of the Panorama restaurant - these are people who did their job really well and communicated with us perfectly
We fled from Lenkoran 3 days after the start of the tour, when we realized that we would not get something from the program -there were only names from the author's tour
Beautiful booklets, beautifully decorated vouchers, a lot of beautiful words on the site-it's a pity that everything is not true
Think many times if you want to lose your 50-60 thousand rubles per person. Since we were not offered to return anything for unproven services

It is comfortable and cozy. The food is delicious.
But the Internet is too bad for its money, too weak and very often disappears.

Cozy hotel in Lenkoran mountain.located near the sea, spacious rooms with everything you need.wide comfortable beds.the breakfast is modest but hearty.I would like to have natural coffee.the staff is friendly and attentive.many speak Russian.

On the ground floor there is a banquet hall. On the one hand, it can be noisy, on the other hand, then they will feed you deliciously) The rooms are nice, but it can be stuffy.
