On June 7, I visited my sister (Baykova Tatyana Borisovna), who is in a boarding house at: Kolodishchi, Dmitrievskaya str. I was met on the threshold by the staff (if I'm not mistaken, the woman's name is Elena) with a very negative mood. She followed us around the whole visit, not leaving a step. Our desire to feed our sister with yogurt was answered in an unkind way that she was not starving here and had already been fed. After that, they defiantly distributed yogurt to everyone lying in the room. Before leaving the boarding house, I asked the same Elena for the phone number of the manager to resolve the issue of my sister's rehabilitation after a stroke, to which I received an answer in a not very pleasant tone that I would not receive any phones because I had to take them from relatives and in general no contracts were concluded with me. I understand the fatigue of this woman from hard and backbreaking work, but I did not come to her house to visit, but to my own sister, and it does not matter who and when signed the contract. If a person is tired, let them switch to a lighter job. After visiting the boarding house, we had a very negative aftertaste from meeting with the staff. I ask the management of the boarding house to deal with this incident.
Faced with a diagnosis of dementia from my grandmother, and there was a need for a boarding house for patients with a similar diagnosis. We decided to opt for the pension "Old Age in joy". Grandma has been living there for the fifth month, although initially they thought about leaving her there only for the duration of the vacation. However, it turned out that she likes it there and does not want to leave. The staff of the boarding house is very sincere and responsive. Daily exercises and various educational activities are held, exits to the territory for walks, as well as birthdays and other holidays are celebrated. During our visits to grandma, we see that she is always happy and says that they are fed very tasty! I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the boarding house for their hard, but very important work!
Many thanks to the boarding house for taking care of my mother. After ten years of leaving home and looking for constantly changing nurses, as well as exhausting fatigue, I decided to try a boarding house for two weeks. Mom is blooming, has made new friends, and refuses to return home even to the country! In general, thank you so much for the warm welcome. The food is on the "five plus". The manager, Roman, responds quickly to any request. The therapist and psychiatrist correctly adjusted the treatment.
Mom was brought in on March 4, 2024 with a diagnosis of vascular dementia.
I was very worried that she wouldn't like it, but when we came to visit 3 days later, all my doubts were dispelled. Mom became more lively, started joking, and smiled more. The care here is excellent, the food is delicious, and, most importantly, an abundance of activities and live communication!
Many thanks to all the staff for their care!
