To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. In February, I did a complex coloring for them, then I liked everything — I especially liked the effect: the roots were a little darker, the color looked deep and natural. The hair looked lively and well-groomed after the procedure. I left really happy then. But this time, everything went wrong. I just wanted to refresh the color, refresh the roots. As a result, they painted over everything in the same tone — it turned out to be just brown, without transitions, without color play. It turned out to be flat and featureless, completely different from what I expected. But the worst part is the haircut. It was cut carelessly and crookedly. I notice it every time in the mirror, and my mood immediately drops. It's a pity, of course. I was sure of this place after my first visit, but now I probably won't be going back there. I still want to trust the master and leave the salon with a smile, and not with the desire to redo everything. Master Zhuldyzai.
