UPD [1]. The director of this company started blackmailing us saying that he has a lot of friends among the officers of the Georgian boarder guard service and they will detain us. I’m ready to send the file with audio voice recording to anyone upon request.
We had to sue this company. They got our money, provided no services — we cancelled our trip a day before the planned date — and (!!) refused to refund a prepayment we made. And the most hilarious issue — they called me back (after they were hanging up) to say that MOREOVER I have to pay them the whole sum of the cancelled tour. This is a complete nonsense.
This is exactly a fraud and unjust enrichment. Waiting for our lawsuit to be submitted by the local court. Will update this review on the results of the trial.
The experience was extremely unpleasant. We didn't have a guide, and the driver claimed to be a mere transfer service. There was no cheese or wine tasting as promised. Confusion reigned as nobody knew what to do or where to go. The manager of the company blatantly lied, insisting that the driver was our guide, while the driver himself said he was only instructed to transport us from point A to B. It's clear that this is a fraudulent scheme to extract money, packing people into minivans and hoping to avoid any complaints.
