Great hotel! Beautiful and modern! The territory is huge! The rooms are pleasant, clean and bright. They are cleaned every day. The food is very tasty and varied, but the restaurant is on the 3rd floor with terraces and gorgeous views.You can always find places on the beach. It is better to buy special shoes and easily go into the sea, or massage your feet on pebbles. I alternated between swimming barefoot and in coral. Entertainment programs in the evening. By the way, you can go to the neighboring hotel for meals for a change. I was here in 2007 and went to 2024, I didn't regret it. Over the years, the hotel has become prettier and has grown even more greenery. The value for money is excellent. I recommend it!

We had a family vacation with a child of 6 years old in July.
Pros: A gorgeous large area, excellent varied cuisine, beautiful spacious rooms, 24-hour restaurants and bars. Everything is clean and tidy.
Cons: smokers everywhere. They even smoke near the children's pool. There is an adult pool where children are not allowed, so why not limit the territories for smokers where there are children…
Features: it is difficult to find a place in a restaurant, because there are a lot of vacationers, the location is far from all attractions, entertainment is only on site. But we mastered local transport and went for a walk in Side.

Great hotel. A large, beautiful, green area. We lived in a house - we really liked the room with a terrace. Great food, varied; seafood every other day. Everyone will find something to their liking. Excellent clean sea. There are entertainment facilities, pools and playgrounds for children of all ages.
Of the cons.
1) The interior decoration is done at a very low level everywhere: curved walls and ceilings, uneven seams between tiles - from what catches the eye. It feels like they were doing it with their feet. It's just probably the mentality of using good finishing materials, but the execution is terrible. I have not seen this in Russia. Even in budget institutions they do much better.
2) It is very dirty behind the fence of the hotel, the asphalt is uneven. Well, was it possible to put things in order around the hotel? However, if you go shopping near the hotel, there are also terrible sidewalks and dirty.
3) The staff in the main restaurant has a brake. They do not know simple words in either Russian or English. You ask to bring a children's table or chair, he says, "Okay," and leaves with the ends. So if you don't understand, then call someone who understands, and there are definitely such people there. I have to wait, go to another employee and ask again. In this regard, it is a bad organization.
4) In the bar next to the slot machines, the staff put out ice cream. I asked for one thing, but they tell me that they will start giving it out in seven minutes according to the schedule (12-00). Next to him, the guy calmly sliced a watermelon and began to distribute it to everyone, but here the principled lady balked. There is no customer orientation.
5) If a baby poops in a diaper on the beach, in the playground or by the pool, there is no way to wash it. There are no places for this. We need to go to the room. Well, you're not going to wash it in the sea or in the shower near the sea or the pool, are you?
6) The staff who drive cars around the hotel makes it very dangerous - these guys think they are Schumachers at the race. Several times I just had to jump aside with the stroller.

Great hotel. Absolutely everything is included. The food is varied, they are fed around the clock. Lots of bars, ice cream, etc. Daily updating of the minibar in the room is free of charge. The hotel consists of a large building and many small houses located in the park. We had a room in a house (bungalow), a two-storey room with an area of 70 squares. There are many channels on the TV, Russian TNT and some other. The room is not bad, but it is clear that it is time to make repairs. The territory of the hotel is large and for the first two days we were lost in search of our house :) Oranges, pomegranates, and palm trees grow in the park... Peacocks walk. There are a lot of pools, about five of them. One secret one for a fee. Private beach. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the water is small pebbles. There is a water park with a large variety of slides. Tennis courts, horse riding is possible. Wi-fi is almost everywhere. The hotel has everything to stop by, relax and not spend a penny more. For those who wish, there are various themed restaurants for a fee (French, Italian, Indian, Thai, Mexican... one can be visited for free), shops and excursions.

The hotel is good! But there are also disadvantages
The territory is large, but even the most recent bungalows are close enough to the sea, which is good.

The room service is excellent: clean!
The staff is different. Someone is very polite and does their job quickly and accurately. And someone, on the contrary, may not put ice in a drink, even after the 15th request ... and does everything for a very long time and gives as if his own, putting food in microscopic sizes.
The beach is generally good, there is a bar nearby and a bunch of houses with ice cream/ delicious waffles/coffee/hot dogs and French fries. The sun beds are uncomfortable, the sea is quite muddy, the buoys are already cleaner, there is no pontoon, but there is a Sunrise, which you can get to at any time.
Of course, there are many more advantages, but in 5 stars I would like it to be better! Therefore, a solid four)

Great hotel, we liked it. A large well-groomed territory, lots of greenery, good rooms, several swimming pools, delicious ice cream, a fairly varied diet. In general, everyone was satisfied.
Minuses:
- a leaky bathtub, which the hotel staff came to fix all the vacation, but they never fixed it.
- a lot of people in the restaurant, probably from Sunrise Resort, also came to us.
- Fun&Sun hotel Guide. Islam Kobo is how it is designated in watsapp. If you see this lying face, book excursions with others. Otherwise, you will get for a lot of money and absolutely not what you expected

There is a small water park, a small steam train goes there. There is a free hammam, steam rooms. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I didn't like the cleaning in the room. In 8 days, we were cleaned only twice, and when we called the reception, in the evening there was a knock on the door and 4 people came with inventory. Everything was cleaned up clean. The food is provided around the clock, that is, if you arrive late at night, you will not stay hungry.
The main restaurant always has a very large selection of dishes (chicken, beef, fish), a lot of fruits, a lot of sweets, there is even a children's canned food.
The territory is huge and very beautiful, you can meet peacocks, geese, hedgehogs, turtles. There is a whole botanical garden on the territory, there are many swimming pools and a water park.

We have been vacationing with children at this hotel for three years now.
I like a large, green, well-groomed area. The cabins have very cozy family rooms, with a convenient layout. The rooms are quiet, peaceful and, most importantly, the curtains are 100% Blackout! The food in the restaurants is delicious and varied: there is always fish, lots of fresh vegetables and a wide variety of fruits. It's convenient that there are several restaurants and you can go to different ones, so you don't get bored with the same thing. The staff is polite and attentive. Good animation: the guys are sociable, groovy, engaged with both adults and children. In terms of price-quality ratio, this is the best hotel today!

Pros:
- wonderful green area with a variety of fruit trees and strolling seals, chickens and peacocks
- we cleaned well, even without tips
- a large buffet, there were days with strawberries, shrimp, rolls

- comfortable rooms with a sofa, where you can accommodate even a small child by moving the sofa to the bed

- there are a lot of pools, we didn't even have time to go around everything in 7 days. A great water park for children and adults of all ages. And there is also an indoor swimming pool, where there are very few people, but in hot weather it is so nice to be with a small child
- a cool train on which you can just ride and get to the right place on the huge territory of the hotel
- there was a big children's disco on the football field with inflatable trampolines, various figures of heroes from movies, activities, popcorn and other food
Cons:
- yes, the rooms are a little tired, but still it does not interfere with a good rest
- a beach with small pebbles, which is painful to walk on. I saw the reviews that everything is fine and aquasocks are not needed, but I would definitely take it for the child if I came back here again
- very big waves. For a vacation with a small child, I no longer consider such a beach. The child was scared on the first day and didn't even want to go near the water anymore

We rested at the end of August 2024, for 10 days. The hotel is super!!! 2 Starlight and SunRise hotels have been combined on the same territory. It turned out great. There are many locations for snacking, almost around the clock. There are many pools for any visitor, there is a separate pool for adults (peace and quiet), there is a water park. The beach is large, the entrance is small pebbles, slippers for stones are not needed. We lived in a family 2-tier bungalow. The food is great. There is a children's menu. There is a corner for fans of fast food, burgers, hot dogs, shavuha... Veal, lamb, chicken, fish are always 2 options in the main restaurant. Less often, turkey and duck. Fruits, ice cream. I don't drink alcohol, but I've seen imported, not local, in bars. The rooms and furniture are excellent. Cleaning and replenishment of the minibar daily. Beach towels can be exchanged near each pool and on the beach. You can't tell me everything, there are a lot of impressions. The staff speaks Russian. There are many citizens from Russia, Poland, Germany, and England in the hotel.

Great vacation. We were in September. The rooms are clean and new (lived in the main building). A variety of food in the restaurant and on site. I liked the a la carte restaurants too. A good animation program. Excellent well-maintained territory. I was at this hotel in 2008, keeps the brand.
The only 2 minus a's are the number of people. But there is enough space for everyone in such a territory. And the entrance to the sea (huge traumatic rocks) - you can think of something, other hotels make paths to enter the water. In general, I recommend the hotel!

I like the hotel. We are resting here at the moment. The territory is beautiful, there is a lot of vegetation. It is interesting to see live how pomegranate, tangerine, dates and so on grow. The food is delicious and varied. It is a pity that there is only one central restaurant. And there is little time for lunch and dinner. The beach is simply magnificent, very large. The only thing I don't like is that everyone is running to occupy a bunch of sunbeds from the very early morning. Everyone wants to take the first second line under the umbrellas. We come later and, in principle, always find a place.
The beach is small pebbles, sand, the entrance to the sea is a larger pebble. When there are strong waves, the sea is dirty.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The temperature of the child (1 year old) rose at night to 39. We contacted the reception (4 am). We were shown to a nurse, it turned out that Ingosstrakh had not signed a contract with them and they could not take us to their clinic and that the reception would be paid. The guys at the reception helped to contact the representative of Ingosstrakh and they sent a car in which we were taken to the doctor. The doctor did all the necessary tests and wrote out a prescription and treatment. They took me back to the hotel. We didn't buy all the necessary medicines at the pharmacy. We are being treated now.
I will also add that in the evening after 21.00 there are shows in the amphitheater. We went to a stunt show. 4 motorcycles in a ball, it was just cool......the sensations are indescribable.

Great animation in Starlight, it's a little boring in Sunrise, but if you like a quieter vacation, you can swim in the Sunrise pool. Peacocks, chickens with cockerels, seals walk around the territory)) There is a stable where we have repeatedly fed the horses with apples and pears. The food is very diverse: fish of more than one kind, beef, chicken, shrimp, mussels, vegetables and fruits. The fruits were always fresh and ripe: strawberries, watermelons, melons, bananas, peaches, nectarines, grapes, apples, pears! In the evenings, there were exciting performances in the amphitheater. In two weeks without repeats! The sea is clear, but the waves were all two weeks. At first it was scary, then we got used to it. This hotel is designed for relaxation, it has "everything for people"! We lost the purse with the money on the very first evening, the next day it was returned to us!!! (The money was there)

We lived both in houses and in the hotel itself. The hotel rooms are a little better, but it can be noisy. But the view of the sea or the pool is very beautiful. The houses are quiet, in the morning you can see a peacock, chickens, etc. We really like this hotel. When we plan a trip, we don't even consider other options. The staff is predominantly Russian-speaking this year. Very friendly. We will definitely return both 4 and 5 times.

High chairs are also carefully wiped and wrapped with cling film.
I'm not a fan of animation, but it's just great here! Various shows and discos are always stylized and highlighted with a laser show.
On the downsides, there is no cleaning in the rooms at all. The mini bar is reported, but not cleaned. A week later, the room was already very dirty and we forcibly asked to clean it. But it would be better not to do this. They wiped the floor with a dirty rag with a terrible smell, after which it became covered with scraps of Black female hair and we had to wash it ourselves with wet wipes😱
The beach is also the weak point of the hotel! People took their places at 7-8 in the morning. If you come up later, there are no sun beds at all. Half of the umbrellas are broken, and those that work do not cover much from the sun. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with children.
The descent into the sea is very steep and rocky. If there are waves, then it is very difficult to enter.

The fifth day at the hotel, I like everything, but be careful: at the entrance to the sea there is a pebble strip and a very sharp drop in depth, so that all swimmers splash on a narrow line of sea water. In September, there are enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone, although most often only towels sunbathe. From the main building to the beach in 5 minutes, the route is through an open space (not along an alley or a shade). There are many pools in the hotel (we counted 6 in common) plus 2 indoor pools, there is no water park. There is a secret garden with gazebos that can be rented for a day or more and be isolated from the crowd, have your own pool and separate access to the beach. The hotel has a lot of food (restaurants, cafes, bars and food outlets during the day), although we found only three refrigerators with water, separate stalls on the way to the beach with fruits, waffles, ice cream, coffee, cold drinks. The menu in the main restaurant is very diverse, you can visit a la carte restaurants with national dishes from different countries (we found 4, but probably more). In the main building there is a quiet bar for adults (adult area 16+) - there are no children there, you can drink and sit in silence. In the main building, 3 small elevators serve 4 large floors of rooms, so they are open all the time (waiting time during peak periods is from 5 minutes). There are enough staff at the hotel to service the territory and rooms. The rooms themselves are not great, but everything is decent, and the bathroom has everything you need. There were no interruptions to hot water or electricity. The gym is free - we saw a random visitor and a coach there. They give you a discount coupon at Thalasso, but we haven't been there. Organized entertainment by the animation team in the form of water polo, volleyball, boccia, darts, aerobics, etc. Evening animation is held in the "cave" - an equipped indoor space on the ground floor of the hotel.
The territory is shared with the Sunrise Hotel and is therefore very large. You can walk to Sunrise or take a car train, which runs regularly. We didn't really like Sunrise, the entrance to the sea is possible through the pier, but there is an outdoor amphitheater for daily animation. There are several courses - for football and golf, in addition, a spacious parking lot for cars.

A magnificent hotel!!!! The incredibly well-maintained and juicy, diverse and cozy botanical garden in which the hotel is located!!!!! Very well maintained territory, peacocks and rabbits , birds, cacti!!!! Very tasty and varied food!!!! There are many dishes for different tastes !!!!! Restaurants and cafes amaze with delicious dishes and decent alcohol!!!! Very worthwhile animation and a varied evening program!!!! Music , shows , concerts !!!! There are many pools that are decorated with soul and colors !!!!!! I definitely recommend it!!! And I 'll go myself !!! We went a second time and it was as if we had rediscovered it !!!! This is the best hotel!We went to Belek for many years, but here in Side everything is completely different.The sea is transparent, there is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, so many beautiful locations!The pools are beautiful, no one bothers anyone, there is enough of everything, and what juicy colors, just unreal, the sea is such a beautiful color, I have never seen it anywhere.And most importantly, the people who work here.They are so kind, friendly and attentive, I just didn't want to leave and we will definitely come back and bring friends.Thank you.

A nice hotel with a huge and green area. There are many pools, the sea is clean, it spoils the entrance a little because of the small pebbles. A huge territory. Rich nature. Obviously, the hotel is old in terms of the age of the trees. But even so, everything is solid there, although it is not new. There is a place to hide from the heat of the sun. Nature is gorgeous.
There is a children's area with a swimming pool, without adults with "bloodshot" eyes, there is a more adult area with a swimming pool, there is an adult-only pool and a paid area: expensive, but fun.
The food is varied. Evening programs are mainly at the nearby hotel, where you probably need to go for 10-15 minutes. But the territory of the hotels is the same, respectively. There is also a water park there. It's a five-minute walk from Starlight.
In general, there are pros and cons for everyone.
For me, the biggest disadvantage was entering the sea (((. Hot small pebbles to the sea without paths, an embankment from the waves of the same pebbles in which (the more weight, the more you drown) when leaving the sea. I, holding a child in my arms, came out of the sea with pain and great effort. The sea was stormy all the time. We were in June. It was often very dangerous for children at sea. Waves, pebbles, wind.

The only rooms are not with the latest renovation, there is a remark, but these are small things.
