I decided to go to the cinema for the first time in Mogilev. The choice was obvious, because this is the only decent cinema in the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and courtesy of the staff. They advised better places at the checkout, and helped with the choice of food in the store). I also liked the cinema itself, the color reproduction, the sound, the seats, everything is on top. I will definitely come back.

Today, fortunately or unfortunately, this is the best cinema possible in the city of Mogilev. The halls, the chairs, the sound, the screen are all at an excellent level.
The only disadvantages that can be called are the prohibition to bring your own food and drinks. The price of their products is just SPACE (although their popcorn and nachos are really not bad).
In general, it's not a pity to pay for a visit to the cinema - it's worth it, but I think it will be superfluous to buy food from them, except if just a little bit or if finances allow, I probably won't shoot a star for this minus)
Oh yes, I have been going to this cinema since its opening to this day and I recommend it to you!

I constantly visited this cinema, everything was just great, not taking into account some nuances.
1) My passport was on a visa, I am 18 years old. At the ticket office, when buying a ticket, they did not warn about the passport. But when we came to the session (tickets have already been bought!), we were told to show our passport, the passport photo did not fit....
2) We bought tickets for the session at the time of 20:50, and the girl at the checkout struck at 19:20 (at the time of ticket sale, the time was 19:22). When we saw it (40 minutes had passed), we went to the box office to check if we could go to the movie, which starts at 20:50.

Хороший современный кинотеатр, приятная атмосфера в заде ожидания и в самом кинотеатре, очень хорошие звуковые системы, если фильм длинный то действительно можно погрузиться в него сполна, дождь, ветер, град, все ощущается просто максимально реалистично, я пару раз даже подумал что на улице начался сильный дождь.
По поводу ассортимента закусок, он хорош однако цены на некоторые товары сильно завышены, я понимаю что кино на этом зарабатывают и в целом это его доп заработок, но на некоторые товары цены слишком завышены.
Кресла очень удобные, однако однажды покупал билеты, и на сломанные кресла продавались места, это мне показалось очень странным, как хорошо что мне такие покупки не попадались.
Но а так в целом кинотеатр заслуживает свои 5 звезд

When asked to change, they were given exactly the same soft and not crunchy . It's a shame for such a price. Sofas for two are very uncomfortable, the back falls off by the end of the session. The backs are not adjustable. I try not to go there. The picture quality is often better than in other cinemas and the advertising is louder than the main movie. The main disadvantage is that they are not allowed with their food, and they do not want to pay for mediocre quality for expensive.

Приятная атмосфера, удобные кресла, вкусный попкорн)
А еще отдельно был удивлен персоналу кинотеатра)несмотря на невоспитанность некоторых посетителей(а таких я наблюдал много при покупке билетов и на самих сеансах) всегда стараются отнестись с пониманием и вежливостью)

Minuses:

Due to: strange visiting rules: you can not carry a backpack, take it to the storage room. But at the same time, you can't put a jacket in the same camera. One day, when I was taking things out of the storage room, I found that someone else had put them with my things. To my questions, "what is it?" There is silence in response ... With drinks bought not from them - you can not! You cannot move from your seat to another in a half-empty hall! If the controller sees this, he starts to arrange a showdown right in the middle of the session.... But the ticket price is the same!! The hall is half empty! In general, I have not seen such stupid rules anywhere ...

Кинотеатр на 10/10! Очень вежливый и чуткий персонал к каждому посетителю, на билетной кассе сотрудники помогают с подбором фильма. Очень вкусный попкорн, самый вкусный в нашем городе! В залах комфортная температура, а также очень удобные кресла!
Вывод: цена=качество, будем приходить сюда еще и не раз!

Отличный кинотеатр, всегда с семьей ходим только сюда. Очень приятный, вежливый персонал, индивидуальный подход к каждому посетителю. Большой выбор напитков и попкорна. Везде на территории кинотеатра чистота и порядок(нет этих вечно прокуреных туалетов). Большое разнообразие кинозалов, хочешь диванчики на двоих, хочешь зал повышеной комфортности. Хожу сама и всем друзьям рекомендую ходить только сюда)👍

Плюсы
1. Кинотеатр современного формата в Могилёве. До его открытия водили детей в кинотеатры советского образца.
2. Рядом есть фуд-корт.
Минусы
1. Стоимость билетов в 2 раза выше, чем в старых *советских* кинотеатрах. 10 рублей здесь, 5 там.
2. Нет разделения на взрослые и детские билеты.
3. На момент нашего визита нельзя было купить билет в кассе, только в интернете. А в инете принимают к оплате только карты МИР. Столкнулись с проблемой - есть деньги наличные купить билет, но не работают кассы, а оплатить в интернете с российских карт не можем, так как они не МИР.
В итоге дети уже рвутся в обещанный им новый кинотеатр, а мы билеты купить не можем. Пришлось просить людей посторонних купить билеты, бред полный.
4. Залы на двух этажах, навигация посредственная, при втором визите ты уже это знаешь, при первом визите бегаешь ищешь свой зал, а он на втором этаже, оказывается.
5. Проблемы с парковкой, только если на платную ставить в этом ТЦ или отгонять далее и идти пешком минут 10.
