We were at this hotel even before covid, I decided to write a review, because flights to Vietnam are now open, maybe it will help someone.
In general, this is an ordinary Vietnamese three. Of the advantages, it is 5 minutes to the sea, there is a cafe nearby, a massage parlor, fruits were sold at a super low price on the corner.
Cons: Goosebumps in the room, right on the wall near the bed they have a path, walked both day and night. We left for 3 nights for a flight, while we were away, the room was treated with ant repellents, upon arrival they were no longer there.
And the most important disadvantage when leaving the hotel, they tried to charge us a fine for allegedly missing a towel. Moreover, it was done disgustingly while my husband and I went downstairs with our luggage, weighed, etc., i.e. the room had not yet been handed over, far before 12.00. The children were left in the room, they were closed from the inside, the maid and the guard came into the room, opened the door with their key and let's shout at the children something about towels. When we went up to the room, the children were in tears.
Then at the reception we were told that a towel was allegedly missing - pay, we asked Anex's guide for help, of course in vain, they do not even delve into the problem. Then we said: call the police, let them finish the luggage and sort it out. We were immediately evicted from the hotel without any fines.
Recommendation: at check-in and check-out, everything in the room is filmed on camera. And we count towels, mugs, spoons after cleaning.

A good hotel, the cleaning is not very thorough, but in general everything is very decent for its small cost. There is a swimming pool and the beach is just around the corner.
I stayed in room 904 (city view parallel to the sea). In general, a good hotel on the second line. The rooms are clean. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel, in the open air, but it is very small, you just row a couple of times and you can turn around. The faucet in the room was a little annoying, the faucet is flowing at the bottom, the pressure is low, and there is not even the usual watering can. I had to catch water. Sometimes, when cleaning, they forgot to put a new tool.paper, top up with shower gel and shampoo. What I didn't like was the early check-in (before 14:00) for only $ 15, even if rooms are available. They took a chocolate bar at the reception, said thank you and demanded 15 bucks). As a result, we arrived at 6 a.m., checked in at 9:15 even after paying the money for earlier check-in. They communicate only in English and Vietnamese. As for food, they mainly feed rice, French fries, fried potatoes, fried eggs, two types of Asian soup, toasted ham, three types of vegetable salad, fruit: watermelon, dragon fruit, some kind of fruit like a hard pear or apple. From drinks: water, tea, coffee (there is condensed milk next to it), orange juice, cola and some other incomprehensible juice of incomprehensible taste. There is fresh bread, French rolls, butter (spread to taste), two jams. You won't stay hungry, but there is no variety either, and the dishes are almost the same day after day. There will be no gastronomic pleasure either). If you want to eat delicious food, go to the Small Armenia restaurant nearby.
