We stayed here for 3 summers in a row. The house is located on the first coastline, in a very peaceful place near Sukhum. My impressions were only positive! The house is located right by the sea. The morning and evening views are simply breathtaking. The air is fresh, and the sound of the waves is perfectly relaxing. The interior of the room is cozy and stylish, and most importantly, everything is clean and well maintained. The host is hospitable and attentive, it feels like you are not visiting, but at home. The nature around is amazing, it's nice to walk along the coast. This place is ideal for those who are looking for peace and comfort, away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation in Abkhazia!
We stayed in this house last year. The house is located right on the shore of the bluest sea. You can dive into the sea right from home. The sea is calm. The beach is pebbly and you will need special shoes. Or you can do that, there aren't many stones there.
The owner is very nice, kind, hospitable, cheerful. He took us to the hot springs, treated us to homemade kebabs and his own homemade wine. He told me where and what to watch.
Near the house there are many cafes with inexpensive and delicious food and small shops where you can buy everything you need. You can take a trolleybus to the city center. There you can go to the market and walk around the city. I recommend visiting the local theater. We really liked it there too.
The trolleybus stop is also near the house.
We recommend the house. We highly recommend the host.
The rest is great!!!!!
I was delighted with this accommodation) The houses are located near Sukhum, you can get there by public transport or taxi in 5-10 minutes. Since the accommodation is not located in the center, the sea is very clean, and dolphins can be regularly seen passing by) I got special pleasure from the magnificent view of the sea. We admired the sunsets every day. The landlord, Zaza, met me at the train station, was always very friendly and treated me to various goodies) In general, it was a very cozy atmosphere, in the evenings we gathered together with other guests in the summer kitchen, talked, grilled kebabs and enjoyed the views. There are several shops nearby, canteen-type cafes, Marnero and Mokko beach cafes are a 5-minute drive away, where concerts, open-air film screenings, and playgrounds are available. In general, this is the best accommodation for me from those where I lived in Sukhumi
