We got there by ourselves, on a moped. We were guided by the detailed description of the user in Google Maps. You arrived on a moped, and you were immediately surrounded by locals who, by hook or by crook, were trying to deceive you - supposedly you could only go on by boat, you couldn't ride a moped, and all that. But that's not true. It's a pity for the starfish... we didn't get to the main beach, where they are brought and everyone takes pictures and plays with them... we saw several stars along the coast without crowds of tourists.
