An excellent restaurant, visited it 4 times in 2 days, the menu is varied, the portions are large, the price is reasonable, the atmosphere is cool, the service is attentive and fast enough despite the large attendance. You can choose places on the summer terrace or balcony, as well as there are several cozy halls where different numbers of guests can be accommodated.
We ordered: manti tastier than we have ever eaten in my life, Kazan kebab, samsa Bodomi, "Chuchvara with broth" Homemade dumplings, Lula Kebab, Fried pike perch fillet, I really liked everything.
Thank you very much to the restaurant and the staff, we wish you continued prosperity
A good restaurant. The food is delicious. The prices are adequate for a tourist destination. Booking day-to-day is no problem. The location is very good.
We've been here twice. The first time everything was generally perfect, and the second time there was a feeling of some chaos. It seemed that the waiters had lost their feet and were already poorly controlling the situation with orders, requests and wishes of numerous guests.
But, in general, I recommend it.
A very cozy, atmospheric place in the city center, which is a must-visit. Pleasant service, varied and delicious menu, affordable prices. The atomic floor offers a beautiful view of the old town, especially at sunset. I recommend this place
It is a very pleasant place, but the table must be booked in advance. Amazing meat, excellent shurpa, good cheeses, delicious. Bread too. Everything is fine, great, thanks! The wine is good, the vegetables are fresh. A wide variety of menus, for every taste. It won't be long. In general, my favorite place in Bukhara. Thank you.
Great location, delicious food, helpful and courteous staff, authentic atmosphere, and very pleasant prices. Slightly uncomfortable benches on the roof. I haven't tried to sit on the ground floor. The second level has an indescribable view in the evening. Be sure to visit at least once.
One of the best Uzbek restaurants I've been to. The national cuisine is represented in all its diversity. Everything is delicious, made from the freshest products. No wonder Zhirinovsky was fed here at one time. The interior, of course, has a national flavor. The price tag, despite the high standards, is very democratic
Our entire team (8 people) was unanimously recognized as the best visited restaurant in Uzbekistan. We were at three more in Tashkent and three in Samarkand. Kebabs, manti, samsa, salads, baklava - everything is great. And what a view from the terrace. Well, a separate respect to the head waiter (I don't know how else to call him), he's great. Alcohol is expensive compared to other restaurants in Uzbekistan, but that's nonsense. By the way, the tea is brewed from a placer, and not from a bag, as everywhere else.
A chic atmospheric restaurant in the historical center of Bukhara. There are two floors. The service is excellent, the food is amazing. The prices are a bit high, but in general it is worth visiting and experiencing the oriental flavor and atmosphere.
An incredible place, delicious cuisine, almost always a full landing. What kind of view opens to the city, I highly recommend the tapchan on the top level: it is convenient and everything is in sight 👌🏻
Special thanks for the delicious meat dishes and pilaf.
A very tasty place in Bukhara. Several tips at once:
- book in advance, although there are many places, but almost always everything is occupied
- if you want to try pilaf, then you can do it only before lunch. This dish is not served in this restaurant in the evening.
- be sure to try samsa. In our rating of this dish, she is named here, she took the honorable first place!
Enjoy your meal and have a good meal!
Unreasonably expensive and not the right taste. You can eat much tastier in other places nearby. The only advantage is the view from the veranda of the second floor of the restaurant to the old town. Portions are small for standard prices.
Half a kilogram of meat is 300 grams of meat and 200 bones.
The salads are delicious
The cradle is dry, the bread is cold.
The staff paid attention mainly to citizens of European countries. The last thing they paid attention to was locals and CIS citizens, as if CIS citizens would leave them less tips 🌚
We ate for 400,000 sums, did not eat enough and did not enjoy it. Please note the service fee of 15%. In many establishments of a higher class, there is no such thing.
A beautiful place decorated in oriental style. Fresh air, beautiful view of the city. The kitchen is good, but expensive. Helpful staff. Special thanks to the waiter Amal.
If not the best, then for sure, one of the best restaurants in Bukhara!
Friendly staff, the best receptionist!
The food is of excellent quality, very tasty, the portions are impressive, they do not save on quantity!
Guys, please keep up the level, you're great!
Delicious food and an authentically decorated oriental-style restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant is open after 23:00. Definitely the place you want to return to, especially for the tender Vaguri meat
A great place👍 When I visit Bukhara, I definitely go there. The food is very tasty, and the atmosphere is also very pleasant. The only remark, as it seemed to me, is that the staff clearly and openly filters between "Tourist" and "Not a tourist". Maybe it's the tip.(although personally I always leave)But still, if you are not a tourist, you will notice the difference that the attitude towards you will be a little dismissive, even to the point of ignoring, and a few staff dances and bends in front of tourists. But I still put 5 stars.
Made you an advertisement for tourists 😂😅🤘
P.S. I visit Bukhara every month, so I made this conclusion, far from the only visit
The restaurant is outwardly cozy and the location is not bad, but! The attitude towards customers is very controversial and we have not seen this during a week traveling to different cities of Uzbekistan. We came in after a long day, tired of walking, they told us that there were no places, but they would meet us halfway and put us upstairs with a beautiful view - so far everything is fine. But on the veranda they have a waiter, maybe the head waiter, a bald-haired middle-aged man, whose behavior was different from anything we had met before. Whatever dish we chose, the answer was that the choice was bad, that it was not worth taking either salad or chalop, because they did not put anything in it, when asked to bring lagman, there was an exclamation "this is pasta in the navy", but very persistently tried to convince us to take the most expensive dishes from the menu. In general, in two minutes of dialogue, he convinced us that the desire to get up and go out, to find a normal place is much higher than the desire to stay there. Actually, no one detained us. Therefore, I consider it unbiased to put a unit at least because of the location of the restaurant, but the overall impression is extremely negative, there is no desire to visit again and I would not advise anyone to go there.
The best restaurant in Bukhara!!
Very tasty food, we had lunch here, every time we tried to have dinner elsewhere and were disappointed. I liked it more than other restaurants.
Gorgeous receptionist, very tasty wine
We didn 't have time to take pictures of the dishes 🔥
Very tasty lamb, samsa, lula, chicken kebab
The pilaf is low-fat, delicious!
Vaguri (young lamb meat) is cooked as needed, and the pilaf is delicious too. There are many salads to choose from. The fruit plate is huge 😁👍 The service is fast. Beer and wine, etc. are available. Cash and card are accepted without problems. I will definitely come back again.
The interior is pleasant, the location is convenient, there is a terrace on which there are viewpoints, but it is difficult to occupy them in time. That's all of the positive things. The food was carried for 1.5 hours, some of the items were forgotten, the level of service leaves much to be desired, it doesn't taste good either, the price tag is clearly overstated. We haven't tasted a single delicious dish
The magic shurpa saved me after a 5-hour walk!)
Bukhara pilaf is great.
The place is authentic. The interior is pleasant. The staff works quickly and efficiently.
A nice restaurant near the historical center. Delicious and fast enough. The waiters are friendly, they will advise and help with the choice, while everything is unobtrusive.
We liked it.
I really liked it! Delicious, excellent service, you can go to the air-conditioned room, you can go to the balcony.
I ate only national cuisine everywhere, and that is unlikely to be found in Moscow. In the photo, Chuchvara with spinach is dumplings and
Khanum. I recommend it!
Delicious, normal prices and service, authentic inside. You can take a break from the heat and sun, and pass the time with tea. I recommend it, we visited several times during the week and were satisfied.
A nice cozy place, you can sit both outdoors and indoors under air conditioning on a hot day. In the evening it is very atmospheric on the second floor from where you can see the streets and monuments that are illuminated. The kitchen is delicious, the staff is friendly. A decent restaurant.

If you want to get here, it's better to book a table right away. Tourists are brought in groups of 10-15 people.
An authentic restaurant in the center of Bukhara with a pretty courtyard.
Clean, cozy, including the bathroom.
A bright, clear menu.A huge selection of dishes.Beautiful dishes)Large portions.the products are fresh.Everything is very tasty.
The waiters are polite, sociable, and very pleasant to talk to.The feed is fast.
You can sit on the terrace on the second floor (but I suspect it's a little hot there during the day)Or you can in the courtyard, cozy at home)
We chose a table in the courtyard. But I hope that next time we are in Bukhara, we will sit on the terrace 🥰
I definitely recommend you to visit🙌🏻♥️
The best restaurant in the center of Bukhara. The kitchen is an order of magnitude better than the neighboring establishments. Everything we tried was very tasty, but we tried the following: manti, vaguri, samsa, lamb on the grill and the highlight on the cake is baklava and ice cream (why is it served separately). Food is served quickly, even during rush hour, with almost full boarding. A solid five for the institution.
Beautiful interior, in the center and the music was calm and good.
The apple strudel was cold, like a purchased loaf, or just lay there and besides apples there were a lot of things (it was not specified), the food from friends also turned out to be edible, but not tasty. A little disappointed
We booked a table, but we were asked to move - there was a convex tile on the floor under the new table, they said there was a hole under it. The bill arrived earlier than we asked.
Tourists: when traveling in Uzbekistan, be prepared, all prices for you will be × 2 , × 4. And if you think that you will not be deceived in a cafe or restaurant, do not flatter yourself. I was in Tashkent, I came to stay with relatives, we went to travel Samarkand-Bukhara. In Bukhara, the locals recommended visiting the Old Bhara restaurant, everything is beautiful and attracts with its good nature, but it was not there, since we are familiar with Uzbek cuisine, and we know what and how it is prepared, we ordered chuchvara, kazan kebab and dolma. The order was brought: chuchvara from purchased dumplings with a terrible broth taste, my husband was finishing this mess, the kebab cauldron is generally boiled and with boiled potatoes in a uniform! When asked to explain what it is and why the kebab cauldron is boiled, they said "That's how they cook it." The location and atmosphere are good, the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor is very conducive to relax in pleasant company. However, it did not work out to enjoy the kitchen. We thought, well, let's give the kitchen another chance.
We took a Shurpa - the broth is diluted with water. How could you ruin your kitchen like that? The main asset !!! The reviews say that the portions are huge, no! The portions are very modest! Compared to the places that we managed to visit!
They left hungry. I had to pay the entire amount for this kashmar. And for a snack: after we left in a disappointed mood, the waiter caught up with us and accused us of not paying the check! We returned, at the entrance the manager shouted to the waiter that everything was correct! We have paid in full! in short, we do not recommend it!
The staff worked on the lights.
We liked it! Very tasty eggplant salad - khorovats, ground shish kebab (lula). Mors, lemonade are awesome, you can drink liters. Excellent service, very friendly, diligent waiter Abdu, thank you!
Very tasty, lots of seats. The waiter Nurik is well done, you can rely on his recommendations, he will offer the best set of dishes for each company. Be sure to book in advance.
It's a beautiful place. Very tasty, cozy interior and friendly staff. We visited there for the first time in December, accidentally went in. On their second visit in March, they already chose a hotel to have lunch and dinner in their favorite place
A very good restaurant! Delicious and varied menu. It's cozy inside, not hot. The staff is friendly. Special thanks for letting us in with the little dogs.
A wonderful restaurant with an ethnotouristic orientation. The cuisine of the peoples of Uzbekistan prevails. Everything is stylish, caring and friendly. The average check. It is better to book a table during the season.
We were a family in July 2024 on the recommendation of the locals. A large beautiful restaurant, more for tourists. As soon as we entered, when choosing a table, we encountered the rudeness of the waiter ("what are you running for, sit down already!"), the service was long, we reminded ourselves several times; the food was mediocre; the portions were large - this is +; the view from the veranda is beautiful! The prices are quite reasonable. But I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Well, goodbye: too much in the bill! To which the waiter indifferently said: just subtract it from the amount and give less… There was no desire to return.
I liked everything very much. We have been here twice - very tasty, excellent service, thanks a lot to our waiter Feruz - the service was very fast and high quality. The interior is very atmospheric and cozy. The local oriental flavor is exactly what you want when traveling to Bukhara.
We stopped for lunch during our visit to Bukhara. There were a lot of people at lunchtime, but they found us a table. Portions of small soups (rather small); skewer of shish kebab 3 meat + 2 fat; puff pastry is hard and dry; pilaf portions are large, the meat looks like boiled. There were mixed feelings, on the one hand, it turned out to be full, but the taste is average. There were 400k sums for 4 adults. The interior is interesting and cozy.
I really wanted to get into this restaurant after reading the reviews and rating it. The day before the visit, we booked a table, asked for a table on the open veranda on the 2nd floor with a view of the city. The next day we arrived at the time in a great mood. No one was happy for us, we were asked three times with a dissatisfied look if there was a reservation, and finally we were seated at the table. Although the table was on the open veranda on the 2nd floor, it was small and not on the side that we had requested the day before. When we ordered drinks, they came up to us and asked us to move to another place under the pretext of booking for others. We were transferred to an even smaller table in the most uncomfortable place. Further, our waiter did not understand Russian at all, could not answer any questions. Later it turned out that there was no wine we ordered, we were offered another one, two dishes on the menu were simply not available. But we saw the most unpleasant thing later. The French and locals came in without any armor. They were offered large tables that were, like, booked, with a view of the city, smiling and worried in front of them. Our story with the transfer was repeated before our eyes with another Russian-speaking couple. By the way, they refused to transfer for the sake of the French, even after the persuasion of the staff. We just concluded that Russians are not liked here, and that only large tourist groups are welcome here. The service in the restaurant is very poor, drinks are not refilled, dishes are not cleaned, food is brought chaotically, everything is hot and snacks. The food is not very tasty. Vaguri, for example, was frankly dry, the tomatoes in the salad were rubber, but soaked in basil, the pita bread was dry. In general, this restaurant is not cozy, not warm, not homely, but rather looks like a dining room for formal service of tourist groups and foreigners not from Russia. No restaurant in Khiva, Samarkand, and Bukhara itself has ever encountered such an indifferent and formal attitude!
Everything we tried was very tasty: the pilaf was stunningly juicy (we returned for it, liked it much more than in the pilaf center of Tashkent! 1 serving for two was enough for us), 5 lula-cab; but I liked dolma even more, bravo! Salads 5+. Salad with tongue is especially recommended. They serve quickly, tables in several halls. The dishes and furnishings are authentic. A great place for a tourist. The prices are adequate
It's a great place. Huge attendance as a sign of quality. The portions are huge, the prices are reasonable. The staff is fluent in several languages. Visited daily, saw no point in looking for something better.
Positive:
•Location
•Menu
•Prices
Minuses:
• A lot of young guys who don't know how to serve tables.
• Due to the large flow of tourists, there is a long wait.
There was such a case. Two hairs were found in the glass, they called the waiter and said: "we already find the second hair in the glass." The waiter replies, "maybe it's your hair."
I write without aggression, but was it funny then?))
The best defense is attack.
The worst place in Uzbekistan that we have visited. At the entrance, they are greeted with faded photos of celebrities who have been here, but probably fed them a little differently than the rest of the guests. Apparently, the establishment is designed for a one-time visit by tourists.
Shurpa is a quarter of a potato, a piece of hard meat and a piece of carrot in broth. That's it. I regret that I didn't take a picture, it's a pathetic sight.
Chuchvara is just store-bought cold dumplings in broth. Chuchvara soup, which should contain vegetables and meat in addition to small homemade dumplings, cannot be called.
Lagman- navy pasta with minced meat filled with fat
Dolma is a terrible minced meat with a lot of veins
Bukhara samsa is a similar claim as for dolma, in addition, the dough was stuck together, apparently they heated it in the microwave.
Baklava- consisted not of honey, but of boiled condensed milk, I can't imagine where such horror could be found
The only dish that was not bad was a liver kebab, it tastes OK, not overcooked, tender
Prices are generally slightly lower than in restaurants in the area, but the portions are small
Service 3/5
The atmosphere and prices are not bad, but in this place, for the first time in 2 weeks in Uzbekistan, I remembered why I usually do not order lamb. The mutton was smelly in all the dishes (even in the lula, which was supposed to be beef). Fried lagman looked like pasta Bolognese from a cheap canteen. Of the whole company, the only one who was not disappointed with the order was a friend who does not eat meat.
It's a pretty good restaurant. We came across a wonderful charismatic waiter Nuriddin, but only he took out the whole service, other waiters frankly could not cope: they carried the order for a long time, forgot to bring the appliances and so on. In general, it is very hectic in the restaurant even after lunch, and the staff does not have time.
The food is not bad, not to say that it struck me with something, for a solid four. The interior is pleasant, but the chairs are uncomfortable. From the second floor, there is probably a beautiful view of the Lyabe House.
Very tasty pilaf was prepared especially for us, all the food is very tasty, the waiters are fast and cheerful, I liked it so much the first time that we came here the next day for lunch. It's a great rooftop track, it's magical in the evening. I will recommend it.
Of the advantages: fast service and close to the center. Cons: the liver was brought with blood. When asked why it was with blood, they gave the answer that it was juicy. I've never seen a liver cooked with blood. I'm a cook myself and I've never seen anything like it. The waiters are actually schoolchildren. Chefs do not have a cook's education. A very remote idea is known what serving a dish is. The furniture is all old: chips, scratches, scuffs. There are no desserts on the menu. There are no dishes that are not related to meat. The air conditioner is not working. It was hot sitting on the second floor.
Maybe I don't understand something, but when ordering a vegetable plate, I expect delicious tomatoes and whole cucumbers, greens. The result is tomatoes from pyaterochka, one large cucumber cut into rings ... the greens are delicious. When ordering a loin on the bone, you expect "pistols" accordingly. The result is, where there are fat pieces, where there is something bone on meat or meat on a piece of bone. Pilaf… It's kind of lean. Dietary. The meat reminded me of a good stew... a purely walk-through place near the sights, I didn't find anything wow wow there. Samsa is a separate song, it's better in Moscow, they left upset.
We were not allowed into the restaurant, although the hall was empty. There was no one at all. They said everything was booked. It looked strange. But thanks to this, we discovered a real Uzbek cafe, not a tourist one, very sincere with delicious food. It is not on the map, but you can find it opposite by climbing Samarkand street, 200 meters up.. It's called Cafe vostok.
We ordered samsa, half a kilo of mutton, salad, kebab, manti. The samsa tasted like fried dough with minced meat and was tiny in size. From half a kilo of mutton, 400 grams of bones. The cradle is dry. The only normal meal was a salad, which we ate as a main course. The only advantage is that the place is beautiful.
We ordered samsa, half a kilo of lamb, salad, lula kebab, manty. Samsa tasted like fried dough with minced meat and tiny size. From half a kilo of mutton 400 grams of bones. Lulia is dry. The only normal food was salad, which we had as a main course. The only upside is that the place is beautiful.
Everything is very tasty. The place is, of course, a tourist destination. There are many halls and it can be crowded. However, both the service and the quality of the food are at a high level.
