Transfer station. There are always a lot of people. There are free toilets (clean, no smell). There are elevators for passengers with luggage and those with limited mobility.

Everything is clear. Pointers in English and Hebrew and symbols. If desired, you can figure it out or ask. People are friendly. Many people know Russian or English. There are a lot of people, but there are no crowds and queues. Passenger traffic is well organized. There is no rumble of an approaching train. If you do not look towards the approaching train, you get the feeling that it grows out of the ground.

It is not the best place to enter Tel Aviv, there is a bus station near the exit, but the ticket offices are closed, and they will not let you in without a transport card. There is only one exit to the city and it is difficult to find it.
