The moronism in this institution is at the highest level — no one knows what they are doing. Some people are checked, but friends are not checked for tickets or passports. Double standards.
The funny thing about this madhouse is that tickets for the Karshi –Shakhrisabz train are sold only with a passport. This is a real absurdity and stupidity! In Tashkent, you can buy a train ticket freely, without a passport.
Ticket prices are very expensive for such service and quality of service. I do not know the reason, but over the past 3-4 years, prices have risen accordingly.

Everything is neat and fast. Everything is clean and warm in winter. But I didn't see anything unusual. It was annoying that there was a mock-up of the residential complex in the form of an advertisement and took up space.
There is a queue inside the station at the checkpoint to check the passport and ticket, but the ticket and passport are checked at the entrance to the cars, and why check twice?
An updated train station, but an ill-conceived parking for cars. There is no central entrance for cars, passengers are left on the road and everyone walks, and it may turn out that the entrance from one side may be closed and you have to go across the entire square to the other side
I liked everything, the people were polite, the staff too, even offered a free car for things, which I was surprised in other cities it was for money, in general, a very wound came, the train was supposed to come in 5 hours, there was no one but me, they treated me with understanding and even turned on the conder, for which thank you very much
We went to Karshi for one day, everything is fine. My impressions are very good. On the way, I saw villages in the desert so beautifully. Houses do not have courtyards. Gates . This means how people trust each other. They have preserved those times that trust kindness to neighbors.
There were no disadvantages noticed, for that I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, a lot of seats for waiting and even there is a rest room, I was pleasantly surprised!
The city itself is large in width, there are a couple of parks. I really liked that drivers always let people pass on all pedestrian routes and don't honk, like let's go faster, and they drive well on the roads. There is also Yandex taxi, payment by card. Very nice hotel in the city of Grad Sarbon.
The train station is like a train station, clean and beautiful, they will always help and tell you! I'm straining with tickets. It's easier to buy online. All train stations in Uzbekistan are new!!!
Like all railway stations in the country, nothing special... Mourners and greeters are not allowed, the station staff does not shine with hospitality and cordiality
The station is new, there is a high-comfort lounge. But I didn't go there because I arrived almost at the departure of the train. There is a "stall" where you can buy a drink and something to eat.
