Minsk and the station square strike at first glance with their cleanliness and monumentality. The station is super-modern, with galleries, flowers, an ornament under the ceiling, a running escalator to the exit to the platforms and tracks!! We were resting an hour away from the capital, and while we were driving, we noticed the wide streets and avenues, few cars, no traffic jams at all, no one is in a hurry))!! And everywhere there is cleanliness, modern neighborhoods, white houses, lots of glass, and air! Moreover, we once again came with an excursion to Minsk, saw the monumental Stalinist-built center, preserved in perfect condition and the old town, many sports facilities, and in the evening the whole city in amazing illumination!!

A beautiful modern train station in the city center next to the metro. Waiting room, exchangers, shopping centers and fast food facilities nearby. If you want to get away from people, then there is a "secret" floor at the station, which can be reached by stairs. There's a big window overlooking the tracks, and there aren't many people there.

I really liked the whole station complex. Clean, tidy and everything is thought out - near the bus station, metro and stops of both public transport and regional minibuses... There are cafes and snack bars in the complex, toilets (clean) are not searched by smell but by signs. The mother and child's room is also present and is announced via an internal speakerphone... Well done, keep it up!!!

A great big and spacious transport hub, which is what a big city should be.
The building itself has several waiting rooms, a large number of ticket offices, a buffet, a burger king. There are no stupid control frameworks like in the Russian Federation, you move freely around the entire station area.
There are retail outlets in the basement and a passage leading to two metro stations, which is very convenient. Pointers are not always intuitive, but you can figure it out.

Of the advantages, there is where and what to buy and eat, the exits are thought out - including for people with heavy luggage, there is a good playground for children (although it is called the mother and child room, but this is exactly the game where you can brighten up your stay with children). I always travel around the country from this station. I took off one star for not very high-quality work on e-tickets for long-haul flights. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it goes wrong, you have to wait in a very long queue. But despite the inconveniences, the halls are spacious, you can turn around.
Suburban (regional) trains are always the most affordable, they are issued instantly.
In everything else... This building is almost 20 years old (if I remember correctly, since 2006, they started accepting passengers here). The station looks very decent, the waiting room has recently been renovated, there are plenty of shops and cafes, the Express hotel and a separate VIP lounge area "SV" for passengers with sleeping car tickets at the station.
The exit to the subway is on both sides, but it is most convenient to go towards Lenin Square, and there, right after the turnstiles, go to Vokzalnaya. This is how you can get to this station without going to the surface (At the "Station" the lobby is above ground).
The processing of travel documents is fast, and warnings about delays or changes in the schedule are always timely and prompt. They work like clockwork. The service is excellent.
Life hack! It is much more economical to travel by rail than by bus. And the compartment car (not a sleeping car!) a train to Russia sometimes costs like an economy class ticket on an airplane for the same flight. By plane, yes, it's faster, but by train it's more meditative, and you get a good night's sleep. A wonderful gesture from the Belarusian Railways. I recommend it!

I came here from another city, a great location, as well as this place is guarded by a friendly police who will lend a helping hand at any moment.
At the railway station, you can find anything from headphones and chargers, to food, and most importantly, it's in the waiting room. I can also add, beautiful decoration throughout the station, in the loft style!☺️
The cool thing is that the trains always go on time, and they always warn you about problems!

I would like to start with the most important thing: The location of the station is simply magnificent. As soon as you leave the task door, you immediately see a huge "gate" to Minsk. Personally, it's just wonderful for me to see such beautiful architecture, vibrant life on the streets of the city.

Everything is done for the comfort of people. In terms of hot food such as borscht, soup, etc. it is better to go down the subway to go to the shopping center Stolitsa, they are outrageously cool and delicious food, the price tag is a penny. Also, everyone runs to the nearest Vaselka restaurant, lunch will be many times more expensive, and yes, it's sooooo noisy in Vaselka, even at the train station it's quieter)). Of all the stations that we visited during our week-long vacation in Belarus, Minsk-Passazhirsky station turned out to be one of the best in terms of accessibility and navigation.
Transport accessibility and navigation:

The station is located in the historical center of the city. The main entrance offers a view of one of the most famous sights - the Gates of Minsk. There are 3 shopping centers within walking distance: Galileo, City Mall and the Capital. Parking is a problem, but it's not surprising. There are few seats on the ground floor, as the waiting rooms are located higher on the floors. The exchange rate is quite acceptable.
