Everything is fucked up, and badly: Power lines, diesel locomotives, the plant itself...I am sure that everything will be rebuilt. At the same time, the road is normal, because it has already been done. A lot of things have already been restored in the city itself, and if not similar views, then driving through the center, and if you don't know what happened there in the spring of 2022, then the impression is as if you got into an ordinary city.
