One star. Only for political reasons. I’m not Russian first of all, but hotel is not the place for posters with slogans. How much money have you received from Russians? I don’t see any restrictions on you website like “we do not provide any services for Russians” and I now why. You don’t wanna lose money of course) It means that you so bravely support one nation but receive money from another, even with bad service for them.

It's useless to talk about it, you have to try: go into the main entrance, framed by two giant pots of high-voltage ceramic insulators; walk across the floor of factory-made metal tiles, bypassing huge cacti; register at the reception among thousands of books, paintings and hundreds of lovingly selected details; have breakfast in the garden surrounded by incredibly stylish people with laptops and coffee; spend the night in a room with a golden bathtub, 5-meter ceilings and a modern one, against the background of towering bookshelves; have dinner in a restaurant, reading interviews with its creators, because it is impossible not to Google this phenomenon!
And this hotel and all @adjaragroup's projects are not just hotels and restaurants; this is the new Georgia; this is what I liked most about it, this is a new way of life for young people; it's incredibly "stylish, fashionable, youthful"; it's generally different; it's not "khachapuri, khvanchkara, churchkhela", and "we also know how to do this and know how to move on and where to move and how to create a new reality - bold, relaxed, aesthetic, inspiring and inspiring."

We arrived with friends at the Pink Bar on Friday 06/14/2024 at the Stamba Hotel to celebrate a day off and a trip to Georgia. We managed to drink 1 cocktail each. We talked in Russian among ourselves, for which we received a remark from a group of young local guys. To the reasonable question "why?" we were beaten, a friend's nose was broken, spat on (literally) and kicked out of the bar and punched in the face. Amid shouts and applause, we were thrown out of the restaurant and the hotel.
The hotel security did not take part in the conflict, the waiters and bartenders also whistled and shouted for us to "get out."
When the police arrived, the hotel and its staff hid the aggressors at home and let them out through an emergency exit.
The impression of the place is completely ruined, but not of the whole of Georgia. During the whole trip, we met a huge number of kind, helpful people. But I do not recommend this hotbed of nationalism to anyone.

What can I say, it's sad to see what happened to the hotel, it seemed that the hotel should be a neutral recreation area. Russian russians refuse to speak, pretend that they do not know, but when you speak Russian among themselves, they hear and answer in English. After all, a hotel is a place to relax, not to harass others. This is very humiliating, I did not think that we would encounter this in an expensive hotel. Of course we won't stay any longer. It was not pleasant to receive worse service, it would be better to cancel the reservation than to take money and let guests from another country feel worse aggressively, there were a lot of negative emotions left, I did not expect. I really wanted to visit this hotel, but I was disappointed. Double standards. I do not advise tourists from Russia (ps) I am writing a review for the second time, because the last one was deleted.

We booked a hotel, read reviews about the attitude towards Russians and the rag over the entrance and canceled. It is better to pay them to those hoteliers who really understand what service and hospitality are. The owners of the hotel should do other business. And it is humiliating for guests from Russia to stay in this place.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of a swimming pool so FAR. Serais is at a high level. There is a parking garage. Breakfast is on the menu. The rooms are very beautiful. The territory itself is a former printing factory. The ceilings are high everywhere. The staff is English-speaking and speaks Georgian.

The best and non-competitive concept hotel in Tbilisi. Everything is subordinated to a unique identity and everything is uncompromisingly good. The hotel sets a slightly unreal atmosphere of cinema, I always feel like I'm in a beautiful frame here and filming is already underway. Delight.
Excellent cafe for breakfast and dinner: good cuisine, beautiful interior, good service.
I like to go into the store to look at all kinds of high-quality and beautiful designer stuff. Bravo to the Georgian inventors and artisans!

I think it's stupid that the service industry is engaged in political agitation among its guests.
Unfortunately, there were many youth places in Tbilisi where there were various stickers with insults to Russians and our president, all of which caused confusion. But this is not a youth bar, but a big expensive hotel.
We had a reservation for 3 days for 3700 GEL, which is decent by the standards of Georgia. We'll spend it somewhere else. To anyone who loves their country and has self-respect, I do not recommend this place.

The best hotel in my life and love at first sight. The aviator signature room is beyond praise, the painting, books, coffee machine and coffee, cocktails and everything necessary for them, the bed is a separate love, the bathtub, shower and bathroom accessories are beyond praise. Excellent location, just go down and you will get to the cafe "Stamba", around the corner the hotel "rooms" and "Lolita", all of the above is a must.
the check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, I wanted to leave my suitcases at 11 and check in at the right time, but the reception said that the room was ready and you could check in now, in a more popular season it would be impossible, but this is their approach: help if possible and always be there for you and it is felt in everything.

We came together for a few days! And the first thing they saw was a rag at the entrance .... glory to Ukraine.... At the reception they said that this was the policy of the hotel and categorically refused to speak Russian, although it was clear that they understood perfectly! Realizing that we were from Russia, they tried as much as possible not to pay attention to us. You'd better have your handrails (leading to the toilet) they fixed and provided service for all their customers, rather than getting into politics, not even their own country. Naturally, we refused the reservation and moved to another hotel.
