Pros: the hotel is clean, pleasant service, room cleaning is regular, rooms are clean, everything works. The room has: a hairdryer, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a safe (they will open for a deposit of 2 euros per day), an adapter (they will give you a deposit of 2 euros for the whole time), towels (2 euros per piece + a deposit of 10 euros per piece, each change of towel for a clean one for 2 euros per piece). Drinking water is not brought to the room, it is necessary to have your own container - water is poured at the pool bar. The food is delicious, there is not much choice, but there are the most necessary things, including soups and a children's menu (there are always French fries), sweets, salads, fruits. Dirty dishes are immediately removed from the tables, drinks are brought. The sea is nearby (Paradise beach), the passage through the hotel parking lot. The beach is clean and beautiful. The beach itself is sandy, the sea is rocky. The beach is better than the well-advertised Nissi beach (there were also on Nissi - the sea is dirty, the beach is small and dirty, the sun beds are broken). The hotel is located close to the center, so all local attractions are within walking distance: the pier, the city center, an amusement park, sculpture park, cactus park, St. Epiphanius Church.
Cons: eternal problems with ice, if you,, all inclusive,, ice in drinks will need to be begged. The all-inclusive pool bar is open until 23, then it should work on a paid basis until 24, but in fact they close at 23, then they won't even pour water, so you need to have time to stock up on water for the night. If the hotel is full, there are not enough sun beds on the pool for everyone, there are no additional sun beds, someone is placed somewhere.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, but next time I will choose another one.

The location is super, 1 min from the port. There is everything nearby, taverns, shops. The food is excellent, the room is good, Wi-Fi is free, there is a kettle. Natasha, Lena, Rimma at the reception well done! I'll be back again!

A great hotel by the sea! The food deserves all the praise: all kinds of meat - chicken, beef, lamb, pork you can lick your fingers; a large selection of side dishes, drinks; stunningly ripe and delicious watermelons and oranges. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, especially I want to mention the girls from the reception Natalia and Rima. The waiters at the restaurant and bar are very friendly and hardworking. The hotel is clean everywhere, the rooms are cleaned carefully. Everyone puts their soul into the work🥰
Two days before departure, I broke my leg, all the staff supported me mentally and helped with the departure. Thank you very much! ❣🙏Olesya.

A great hotel, I put all 5 stars.
- Convenient location - 2 minutes walk to the sea;
- Polite staff, a lot of Russian speakers, rooms are well cleaned every day, floors and elevators are constantly washed, everything is sterile;
- A delicious varied menu, and a lot of fish and meat, for children there are chips and French fries every day). Alcohol is not diluted.
- There is children's animation, Aqua aerobics, yoga. They can study with children all day and it is interesting for children.
There is nothing to find fault with, the only minus that does not relate to the hotel in any way is almost all tourists from Russia, but they are quite cultured, in no way in Turkey)

I'm currently vacationing at this hotel. Of the advantages, this is really food, it is very tasty!!! Clean and tidy room . Now the cons , it so happened that one flew in ( a friend couldn 't ) Age - related singles are not liked here . The receptionist at the restaurant threw my things out from behind the table , explaining that all tables are for people with children. When asked where to sit, he pointed to the tables at the end of the hall or on the street. I explained to him that my meals are all inclusive, and that I'm on insulin (diabetes) It 's not a whim that you get pricked and need to eat . He just laughed and stood in my face . I'm 60 if anything . I was so surprised , I haven 't seen this anywhere , in any country .When asked if I can extend my room so that I don't have to stay outside for 7 hours without water and food , Natalia 's answer ( which everyone praises) that everything is packed and Cypriots come for the weekend . I went to a nearby hotel and they extended it to me without talking for 40 euros . In short , I 'm shocked . I travel a lot, but this is the first time such disrespect for people. If you have a phone on your desk and a bag hanging on a chair, you may not find these things anymore. Be careful when choosing a hotel!!!

For the first time in my life, I'm leaving a review. I was very worried when I went to rest in the top three. But the hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It looks so ordinary, but inside it is scrupulously clean, the shower is just super, a very good watering can with strong water pressure and what kind of dinners there are, I have not eaten such delicious meat anywhere. When I tried it for the first time, I just couldn't believe it, I came back and put some supplements on myself. I talked to people from other hotels, I didn't hear such reviews from anyone else, including the four. I want to say a big thank you

A family-run hotel, the staff love it: they polish it, they wash it. It is very cozy and comfortable. The food is a bit monotonous. The beach is 5 minutes away. Shops and cafes are nearby, the lunapark is a 10-minute walk away. If you are not picky about food, I recommend this hotel.

The sea, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. The food is delicious, you can choose for every taste. I think it's time to change the set 3 stars to 4. You can go without hesitation.

A wonderful hotel, I was vacationing with my granddaughter, we were accommodated on the fifth floor, a very cozy room, we went up and down by elevator. I read in the reviews that the elevator was "slowing down", but we had nowhere to hurry, so we were satisfied. The food was also excellent, the menu was varied, for every taste. The staff is very friendly and friendly, they love children. If we still go on vacation to Cyprus, we will stay only in this hotel: convenient location, near a clean beach, the sea is beautiful, warm, clean, near the city center. My granddaughter is 12 years old, she was very pleased. We had a rest in early September.

I liked everything. The staff is very pleasant. The cuisine seems to be diverse, but meat and fish are very over-dried. There is practically no seafood. But Tatiana in the restaurant is charming. If it weren't for her smile and her efforts to make your stay comfortable, the hotel would have lost a lot.

Everything is fine, but there are also disadvantages. Our air conditioner worked without regulation, open the balcony, cars are making noise, a hair dryer in the room. he worked for ten seconds and rests for a minute) We left in the evening, we vacate the room as it should be at 12, BUT.. when handing over the keys at the reception, our bracelets were cut off. And they made it clear that we can't use the restaurant and bar))

There are many places where I have been in Cyprus: both in the five-star Aeneas and in the three-star ones, but I recommend Stamatia for three reasons: proximity to the beach, proximity to the center of Ayia Napa - and the noise of the party almost does not reach, and most importantly - very sincere staff. Girls, Galya, Angelina, Rima, thank you very much!
