Terrible communication with clients. 1) For the first time we encountered when we ordered the front door: the amount for a specific calculated door was called different each time, referring to the fact that different managers, and in general, we ourselves are to blame. Okay, the door was put up and there were no jambs until it was time to do the finishing. 2) At first, the measurer did not come to us, but only called and confronted us with the fact that he would be there in 10 minutes, WITHOUT EVEN AGREEING ON THE DAY OF THE VISIT IN ADVANCE. Naturally, we couldn't abruptly leave work and be at the apartment within 10 minutes. It's happened a few times. 3) we needed to determine the color of the doborov, WHICH WE TOLD THE MANAGER ON THE FIRST CALL. We were assured that there is a color. Then for 1.5 weeks we tried to meet with the measurer, we measured everything, waited for the calculation. And then it turns out that our color has not been in production for at least 2 years! To our displeasure, we were again told that it was our own fault and that we had misunderstood everything, and that they were constantly telling us this. When we told them to bring up the conversation recording and double-check what they were telling us, they got off the subject and started offering other color options, while saying that they would be very different from ours. A great company, the managers told us everything, came to the salon several times before buying, picked up non-standard handles + recommended Abus locks, everything is top. According to the measurements, everything is fast and clear. The master installers, very nice guys, answered all the questions that arose, quickly installed the doors and packed them for the repair period and cleaned up after themselves We are happy with everything, great fellows!
