The door is magnificent! We have the Borealis model (outside), 100 mm, the inside is matched to the interior doors. The protective film has not yet been removed from the decorative elements (repairs are ongoing and there is still a bit of work to be done on the site), so the view is like this...Half-finished, it's a pity. We will also "wrap it up", cover it from dust and paint.

Hello, I want to leave my honest feedback. When it came to the front door, we looked at all the organizations from the doors to the installation and decided to stop at the steel line. At least simply because my husband and I liked the installation in the review on the YouTube channel, in addition, we repeatedly saw the billboard of the steel line marked manufacturer number # 1, which also attracted us.When we came to the salon, we clearly knew which door we wanted, since we had already chosen it on the website, due to the fact that all the advantages and characteristics of the door were indicated there, which allowed us to choose the ideal door for us. But after entering the salon, we got a little lost and began to consider other options, thanks to the patient salon managers! As a result, we ordered the door that we originally wanted.
We were installed by a professional in his field, who took into account all our wishes on the threshold and it did not turn out to be an ideal connection (I will definitely attach a photo).He was such a good craftsman that I wanted to pour him coffee, but he politely refused.
We have had the doors since September 2023 and this is definitely one of the best purchases: the noise insulation is at the highest level and the appearance was liked not only by us, but also by all our guests, because the doors are known in comparison and immediately wonder where they bought because closing and opening can be done by pushing with one finger, so everything the mechanisms are smooth and silent. Good afternoon! The doors came lame, they look great, but the salon staff, after paying for the order, seemed to disappear, immediately did not know anything, and were not responsible for anything, as was said, they were not competent. It is impossible to get through to the complaint department, and after calling and explaining their questions, they pretend to solve my question, but as a result, the issue is not resolved. During the conversation, the complaint department hangs up, and it happened repeatedly, the girls do not know where the door manufacturing plant is located, we had to look for ourselves and call the production to find out the production time.
The store manager Stanislav seems to "sing" well at first, and after paying and placing an order, questions arose, so he blames the customer, even though he is to blame.
In general, we are very disappointed with the salon staff.
The main thing is that the doors were installed 3 months later, master Alexander did everything clearly and quickly, if not for the problems with the order, we would have been delighted.

The door has been standing for 5 years and I have no complaints about it. It covers all my needs in terms of sound insulation and aesthetic pleasure. I liked the idea of making a mirror on the inner panel of the door, which saves space in my small hallway.
Thanks to the consultants at the Steel Line store, which is located on Moskovskaya 202 in the city of Brest, and to the installers who cleaned up the garbage after themselves. My experience of using the door of the company "steel line". The entrance door to the private house of this company was purchased in 2020, and installed in the same year. The door is metal, super insulated, interior finish - MDF, exterior Bjork panel. The panel is a novelty, as the store manager sweetly drove me through the ears - a solid plywood, simply indestructible, eternal, used on the deck of a ship. It's a pity the varnish on this panel began to climb after six months. Fortunately, the door is still under warranty, let's call the store, the store's answer is that we are not repairing the door, call the complaint department. OK, we call there, the girl on the line promised that the master would come in a week or two, take a look. I arrived a month later and a couple of my persistent calls to the complaint department. I looked, the solution is to change the "eternal, unkillable panel". And disappeared for a couple of months, and the warranty is already coming to an end. I'm calling again, the manager in the complaint department has already changed (again a girl), the previous one probably could not stand such work. I started to feed with promises, the panel was ordered soon we will be with you. Two months later, again, my persistent calls, a door repairman arrived with a new panel. But here's a nuance- the panel has arrived in the wrong color. I think okay, the warranty will end, I won't get anything at all, it's decided to put this one.
I think I'll take a look, I'll attend. The master took off the canvas and disassembled it, and then I was just stunned by what I saw inside
the canvas. There were pieces of styrofoam lying in some places, and all this garbage was covered with a foam film. In short, the door is assembled from whatever it is Not for nothing that this door froze and sweated in winter. Fortunately, the master was adequate, they put a new insulation there tightly, they cleaned it a little, put everything back together, put the canvas on the box. I asked the master if the doors of this company were of high quality, everything was clear from his smile and laughter in response. The warranty for the new "eternal" panel was given only six months. A year later, she started climbing again. The door is sweating anyway. It's rusted in some places. In the near future I will change it to another one. IN SHORT, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THE DOORS OF THIS COMPANY, at least as an entrance to a private house.

The factory initially refused to admit this, when the complaint was already accepted, the master did not come to finish his work. I do not recommend it.

My advice is, don't mess around. Four interior doors with fittings came on time, which pleases. During installation, it turned out that the measurer incorrectly changed the doorway in height, as a result, the upper casing does not cover the "beauty of the opening". Plus, one handle is defective, the side trim on one door is not in the right size. Well, it happens to everyone, I didn't make a problem out of it. But then the most interesting thing begins. Getting through to the complaint service and finding an employee who can solve the problem turned out to be an almost impossible task. Then someone is the most important on sick leave and no one else can help me, then simply no one answered the phone. As a result of persistent calls for several days, the problem seemed to be solved. It takes about two more months and here is the long-awaited call from the installer, the missing parts have arrived. Hooray, it would seem, but no. The only thing that turned out to be at the time was the upper casing, enlarged in order to hide the opening. The handle was ordered the wrong one, the side trim is new, also did not fit. The installer, Alexander, is worth saying a good master of his craft, decided to take on the task of replacing and installing all the jambs. About two, two and a half months passed quietly and peacefully. The doors are standing, the jambs are not critical, however, the money was paid on time and in full volume and I would like to get the final result. A call to the installer, the part to the handle arrived, he took it away, there is no trim and it is unclear when it will be. A trip to the store did not give any results, the complaint department is a "separate state" and they work according to their schedule. The store cannot help you in any way. And so we are waiting for Monday, in order to go through three circles of hell with the complaint department again and get what has been paid for a long time. The story continues... And I suggest new customers think carefully about whether you need such a service...

I want to leave a review about the purchase of interior doors to the house, because after reading the negative reviews, there were doubts whether to order doors in a Steel line ...., but they took a chance and did not regret it. The doors have already been installed, at the conclusion of the contract we received a good discount on the promotion, all the terms of the contract are fulfilled, the doors are manufactured on time, delivered at a convenient time for us, at our request they lay in their warehouse for another month and a half. The installation went great too.

The warranty on these doors has a very interesting approach. An external door to a private house was bought and installed at the end of 2019. A year later, there were questions with the inner lining of the door, it seems that the issue with the guarantee was solved. The company was satisfied with the removal of the roof, and the absence of prolonged exposure to moisture on the outer door and the absence of wet work. But at the end of the warranty, there were swellings on the outer lining (it's a pity that you can't show a photo), then the warranty was denied due to prolonged exposure to moisture (what is it for an outdoor door is not spelled out, although the advertisement vividly describes us - quote "SteelLak® panels have increased moisture resistance and will retain their impeccable appearance view the entire service life of the door") and carrying out "wet" work, although no wet work was carried out - the only change with the first warranty case was the porch appeared, but it is made of paving slabs (and this is not wet work) and all these conclusions were made based on the photos I sent. No one came and did not bother to inspect and so on. I am silent about the swelling of chrome on the handles, rust on the hinges, in the holes of the stainless lining on the thresholds, although these shortcomings were also indicated in the photo.
P.S. And in the response to the complaint, the surname with an error is generally indicated and the order number is not mine. What is this attitude? In fact, this response has no legal force, it is dated 09/21/2021, the complaint was sent on 08/24/2021.

I bought a 100-series door in this store with its installation in early 2021.
I will share my opinion about the purchase...
The directors of this CHTUP "DOORS TO LIFE" Andrey Vladimirovich Starikov, sweetly smiling managers, as well as installers - everyone is only interested in your money (although... there is one woman manager there who is older, this is the only person from their entire company with whom I interacted and who completed the work on the 5th (with such an attitude to her work that she forgot among these people, of course, I do not understand).
Installing the door: in short, put it up and dump it somehow, and then feed it with "breakfasts" and / or hang noodles on their ears until people themselves "fall off" (the only thing is, they sent a person to spray oil into the lock, because it barely scrolled, work for 5 min). The door is not installed in the level, the foam is most likely the cheapest - it is full of air bubbles (and few buyers check this). At the expense of the latter, I offered them to buy foam for my money and dismantle the low-quality one myself, so that only a person would be sent to over-foam and what do you think? The manager smiled sweetly again, "said" that it was probably not ice, wrote down the claim in her journal, then said "we will contact you" and... Attention! Safely for the umpteenth time (and before that I had to go to their store, because previous claims were not resolved and they did not call me back), I suppose they put me together with the director for all this. No one called in 2 months (he didn't go anywhere on purpose, it was interesting to see if the issue would be resolved this time). The door handle was screwed so crookedly that it looked more at the moon than horizontally, respectively, the fiberboard panel was damaged at the place of its attachment, screwing the screws into it aby-as well as aby-where (this of course is not visible with the installation of handles that I have already corrected, but for that kind of money everything should be perfectly assembled / done initially). By the way, to my claim - "what kind of handle is looking there?", they rubbed that there was some kind of sleeve in it and over time the handle would stand up horizontally by itself, well, well. They also dismantled the old metal door, after which they found a dent from the bottom and a frame that was damaged due to their removal with a crowbar in a non-figurative design. Well, okay, there may have been a dent, although I did not see it before removing the door, and the door was wiped periodically, but the frame is definitely their work.
And once, when I was in their store, a woman came in and screamed right there, as I understood, these guys also scored on her.
The cost of installing and removing (without dismantling the plaster, i.e. cutting off the foam, unscrewing the bolts and removing the door from the opening) the old door is 120 rubles.
All the described jambs had to be redone by myself and at my own expense, although it was possible to conduct a third-party examination and judicially resolve all issues with LLC Starikova A.V., but... in this case, as they say, just "understand and forgive")) Although I assume that these guys will still pay the price, but disproportionately more than they have made profits from doors sold and installed in a similar way, etc. But of course they don't care, because so far only the amount of money that can be fucked is on their mind))
Steel line... beautiful - yes, high-quality - I would not say, I think that the money that is being asked for it (+ /-1000 $) is not worth it because of its design. The air whistles from everywhere - both on the canvas and on the box, it is only necessary to remove some kind of plug, etc., although the door of the 100th series! (a friend also has a SL door, but the series is lower, the same thing - all the smells of food from the neighbors' apartment are in their hallway). I don't think it's an accident.
Below, a person in the reviews wrote that the guys from the DOORS TO LIFE store don't care about the customer after he gave them the money. I confirm, based on my interaction with them, that it is. You will have to run around and "knock out" everything yourself or eliminate possible jambs most likely by yourself too.
Therefore, I wish this store and the people working in it prosperity, and I recommend everyone else to AVOID this store!

If you value your personal time, quality, and deadlines, then you should not contact this store. I had the temerity to order a door from them.
The door was not brought at the time, when there would be a door, it was not possible to get a clear answer. If they promise to call you back and answer your question, then don't wait for a call.
The door was brought with a dented threshold. They cannot fix their joints in the time prescribed by the contract.
There are enough shops in the city of other door manufacturers that will do the job on time and better, although other stores on the Brest Steel Line have the same reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this brand at all!
