The situation was unusual. I was abroad and needed an entrance, metal door to install In the ROOM. Friends advised the "Steel Line" and manager Kristina. We found her online, I described the situation, and she, in turn, offered options, after which a measurer went to the address.
When the measurements were made, Kristina offered options for materials and configurations of handles and hinges. Everything, as before, happened in correspondence, since I was not in Pinsk, and I wanted to have a door for my arrival.
Everything was agreed upon pretty quickly, as I was sent a table with the TTX of the door and I could study it in detail again. An installment plan was offered, but I did not use it. By the way, the warranty on the door is 2 years.
Then an advance payment was made. By the time I arrived, the door was ready, and I made the second part of the payment.
For me personally, the door ordering process was as convenient as possible, because the door was needed for arrival, and we succeeded. The materials and configuration of the door were exactly the same as what we discussed in correspondence with Kristina.
On my own, I can add that in addition to her bright appearance, Kristina is actually a very strong sales manager, because she is well-versed in what she sells.

Yes, it took a long time, but it was worth it. Everything is according to the size of our openings. And the installer Vitaly was simply amazed: it turned out that installing doors is jewelry work, not to find fault, even with curved walls.
I definitely recommend it! Maybe there are cheaper canvases somewhere, but such an installer is worth its weight in gold! Also , as a very good person 👌
I add: if a month after installation your hinges creak, you will lubricate them yourself)
