I was at the FC Minsk- FC Arsenal (Derzhinsk) match today.
The reconstruction has benefited the stadium.
The treadmills have been removed, which is for the best.
We've added a small soccer field to warm up the players.
Everything is fresh, clean, well maintained.
But the small stands opposite the main one could be left - visually, there was a feeling of emptiness. But the legendary hill is in place.
It is difficult to call the transformation of the legendary stadium a reconstruction, rather cosmetic repairs at minimal cost. The capacity was reduced by more than half, leaving only the main stand, which for some reason was decided not to cover with a visor - apparently, in 2024, the audience is invited to get wet in the rain and freeze in the wind, as in the 70s. They also decided not to bother and did not place a commentary room and a place for TV broadcasts on the slope opposite from the main stand. Apparently, they either do not plan to broadcast, or they will show an empty slope as a background. And the main podium could be in the frame..
Finally, the reconstruction!!!
When I was a child, I was waiting for a stadium to be built for us, but only 20 years later the reconstruction and construction of a new stadium began
A child is doing gymnastics at this stadium. The coaches are excellent, the child (he is 3 years old) is already showing results after a one and a half year visit. But there are nuances about the venue. Classes are held in a building nearby that was built during the Soviet era. If several groups of people gather in the locker room, then it turns into an anthill. As well as the hall, several groups are engaged in it at once, but they are not allowed into the hall.
The old Soviet-style stadium, locker room and basement are in good condition, signs were already hung in the 20th year, pieces are falling off from above. The locker room is nightmarish, creepy, there is little space, everything is old from the rld of the hall itself, such toilets have only remained in abandoned villages.Where is the money going to rent this hall!??? Shame on the parents that they are driving money in such conditions.Regarding training, if a child is not gut-perky by nature and has no talent, do not expect that they will make a gymnast out of him.The usual approach, we sat down, stood up, which he can do, if he can't, then it means an ordinary physical culture.
It's a good stadium. Sometimes various events take place. It's already old. I would like to make a restoration and rejuvenate it. There are many memories of him from childhood.
Thanks for the question, I thought I raised it to 4 stars. In fact, the administration is trying its best to keep the stadium in order. It's just that it's very ancient, and it takes a lot of money to upgrade it. And this does not depend much on the administration.
But within the limits of their powers, it is clear that they are monitoring the good current condition of the stadium. The lawn on the field is always well-groomed, mowed, and green.
The seats are not very comfortable. Great praise to the stadium administration for allowing Jehovah's Witnesses to hold regional congresses every year.
It wasn't the most modern, but the lawn didn't look bad. But the level of football at the Dynamo M - BATE match was such, of course. Fans are pleased with creative chants, in 90% of cases not the most censored.
The stadium is 3+.the lawn is nothing, but the spectator seats are terrible.there is no roof and canopies. You can't hide from the rain.there are constant queues at the entrance.
The depressing condition of the walls and floors in the gallery on the second floor. Like in a cave. In the subtribe rooms, the ceiling leaks in places. The road to the parking lot is full of holes.
