I visited several times in the spring and summer of 2013. The monastery is beautiful and well maintained. The architecture is influenced by the Western style. That does not prevent you from enjoying its views. Annoying "trainers" of pigeons spoil the mood a little in front of the entrance and at the monument to Princess Olga. In my opinion, the Mikhailov Golden-Domed Monastery is worth visiting earlier than St. Sofia and the Kiev Pechersk Lavra, so that it does not look ordinary against their background.
