Of the advantages: location! and the friendly staff.
Of the cons: not dirty, but not very clean either. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality. Maybe the feeling of the rooms with a sea view is better (and it's gorgeous there), but we lived almost in a closet, and we paid for a good room. Nevertheless, it's time for the hotel to be renovated, to switch to a more modern filling.
