A great shopping center, with a cinema, crazy shops, and cafes, and a food court. The basement houses a Magnum and many different shops. The metro is nearby, and there are many kiosks with food and groceries around. A real decoration of this area, thanks to which it is comfortable and pleasant to live nearby! I recommend it to everyone!

A good LCD, quiet at night, well-ventilated in summer, the entrances are more spacious than most new residential complexes. The only drawback is the roads and the number of cars, especially in the evening. To just drive through 4 houses standing in a row, you need to spend 10 minutes on it in the evening.

I remember the suspension bridge that I had to cross to cross to the other side of the street.
The stops are located a mile away from each other.
There was no noticeable garbage on the streets, it seemed to look clean.

It will do for renting for a few months, but it is not comfortable to buy or live like this in the long run.
- The noise insulation in the apartments leaves much to be desired (the audibility is such that you can hear how the neighbors from above are vacuuming their laminate with a vacuum cleaner), old Soviet houses are much better in this regard.
- In winter, there is an icy ice rink in the yard, literally, without exaggeration, and this is not to mention the raised platform, on which slippery tiles are laid out - it is very dangerous
- Elevators run with frequent interruptions
- Apartment sites do not have the possibility of ventilation, this is disgusting, because mixed odors from different apartments create unpleasant aromas ...
One of the advantages is that there are many private kindergartens in the district, a shopping center in which there is a Magnum and many other shops, as well as an LCD playground closed to cars (which unfortunately turns into a skating rink).

Basically, it is frustrating, as in many of course other residential complexes in Almaty, it is the daily rental of apartments, walking back and forth is unclear who, there is no security, there are not enough parking lots nearby, although the residential complex consists of 5-8 multi-storey apartment buildings.
