The sanatorium is super, the service is at the highest level, the staff is very polite, we received a positive decision for any request. The food was delicious, there is a choice, we made a reservation. The territory is huge, the sanatorium is located in a pine forest, even in the heat, and it was 27-30 degrees, it felt cool. The room is considered a single room, we lived together and we were comfortable. Cleaning was carried out daily.

I'll start from the beginning: it's convenient to get there , the train is at 6 pm, at 7 am in Minsk, right next to the bus station and in half an hour the bus. He reaches the sanatorium. Very beautiful pine forest, lake and surprised by the cleanliness everywhere. There are so many medical procedures that you don't have time to rest. Everything is very clearly planned out. The food is great and the selection is great. We will definitely come back again.

An excellent sanatorium. Cosy. A lot of procedures. The medical staff is at the highest level. 2 swimming pools. I wish they would work longer in the evening. We had a rest with a company, a weekend tour, with a swimming pool and spa, good food (dining room), good rooms in the cottage (Internet, safe, TV, clean and tidy, very soft pillows), polite staff. I really liked it!

Quite a pleasant sanatorium , cool territory , good staff , affordable prices ! For many years in a row, my husband and I went to Sputnik on various programs! The food was quite satisfactory, there is an opportunity to unload a little! The rooms were quite comfortable, the cleaning was carried out regularly and thoroughly! I would advise you to go to Sputnik and please your body and soul in the SPA complex!!! The sanatorium is good, the territory is very beautiful, Lake Naroch is amazing in its scale, and the swans cause incredible delight, medical care is at a good level, the service in the dining room leaves questions - queues for vegetables (and thieves stayed at the currency exchange office in the building, with its strange exchange rate.

I had a rest in a sanatorium in 2018. Great place, pine forest all around. The lake is huge, the water is clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The medical base is excellent, the staff is friendly and qualified. The pool is all-season. They cook very tasty, the menu is customized, an extensive selection of dishes. Now I am in a Satellite, I like everything, the only drawbacks are the lack of hair dryers, if they are somewhere, they do not work, it is impossible to dry the hair.The room on the 2nd floor is small, everything you need is there, the view of the lake is well cleaned, the food is very tasty, the medical base is gorgeous, and, of course, the same staff! We rest in the Satellite for the second time. Nature is super! We live in a cottage. Clean, cozy and warm. Meals are available upon reservation. The food is plentiful, but balanced, without overeating. The procedures are good, you can choose according to your profile. We took both thermal therapy and laser treatment, but most of all, hydrotherapy has decreased! The doctor receives upon arrival- collects all data on illnesses and complaints and prescribes procedures. All the time is busy. Near the forest and Naroch, hiking is possible in the village of Naroch. Parking is paid. Part of the treatment is paid. Cons - the water in the pool is cold, the sauna is far away from the pool and for a fee. There is a small children's room, there is no one to leave children without parents.

I was in this sanatorium for the first time . I was vacationing in a single room in a cottage . If you want to relax in the cottage , then only with the whole family or company to occupy the whole house . The audibility from above from the second floor is colossal. The neighbors were walking on their heads . If you are resting alone, it is better to take a room in the first building . In the second there is a cafe and if the room is nearby, then you can hear everything. The rest in the sanatorium is quiet. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you are here. In terms of vacationers, mostly Russians, Lithuania, people of retirement age, there are few young people. In terms of nutrition, it is 5 plus on a five-point scale. The staff is polite. I would have come here a second time . I had no luck with the tour . Disgusting transport arrived, poor organization of the tour. Two pools, both excellent.

It's not the first time I've traveled to recuperate after winter. The staff is friendly. There is a sufficient range of procedures, a little massage is not enough for me - 10 minutes. Complemented with an aqua massage. Two pools. It is not very convenient that the sports pool is closed during the day for a long break. A customized menu, you can always choose something to your taste. What the owners of sanatoriums in Naroch should think about is the organization of some kind of civil promenade along the lake. People are walking, of course, but there's not much to do with themselves. But it must be some kind of unified concept thought out with the local administration. It also feels like vacationers are welcome here. It's like a wish.

Like I was in the hospital. You can't swim in the lake. The food is like in a hospital. The general atmosphere is despondency with the hope of recovery. You can only go for treatment. Rest is not appropriate here. The accommodation is good, the rooms are good, but with nuances! On the penultimate day (out of 7), the floor was washed in the room with water with such an odor that it had to be filled with deodorant with deodorant. The presence of pools saves you. But sporty with tracks, very warm and highly chlorinated, we went to the wellness center, it is much more comfortable. Spa treatments, massage, cosmeologist, hairdresser, for an additional fee, also went to the plus. In general, we plunged into a Soviet-era party sanatorium!

We had a rest in the sanatorium with my husband from August 21 to September 2, 2023. Just on the threshold of a price reduction of 22,500 Russian rubles in 12 full days. We lived in 317 rooms in the 1st building overlooking the lake. Every day, when I woke up, I hurried to the balcony to admire the view of the pine forest, and through it to the lake. It was new every day. After Moscow, it's just a paradise. The sound insulation is wonderful, no wonder the room is superior, although it is not large 17-19 m2, but it is quite enough for relaxation. The room was cleaned daily, linen and towels are changed every 6 days, but on request they can be earlier. The maids are very good. The doctors and all medical staff are on the level.
Medical equipment is the last, it is a pity that they provide few free (included in the price of the voucher procedures). See the continuation in my other review.

Cons: a customized menu (buffet in this sense is out of competition), they placed us at a table for 6 people - these places are already permanent for the entire rest period, it is very inconvenient. To sit closely, while with strangers. There were tables for 4 people, how the distribution takes place is not clear, we were a family of 4 people, we were seated with strangers at a 6-seater table with the wording there are no other places. We were in a building overlooking the lake, the room had a not very pleasant smell. The general service is not to say that it is at its height, take shampoos, soap with you, what will be given out upon check-in will not be enough, but they are given out once upon check-in (we had it like that, I hope it was not the amateur activity of the staff).
Pros: location, territory, two swimming pools, a sports pool is open all day for an unlimited number of visits, its own gym in a separate building, tennis tables are all included in the price, came if free - played, without unnecessary red tape, a lot of free extras.
There is a free shuttle service on Mon from Minsk and to Minsk. Everything is OK with the treatment and procedures.
Bottom line: we need to work on 5 points, so far 4. But the price is lower than in sanatoriums without such comments.

A good sanatorium by the lake. I've rested here three times. Pine trees grow on the territory, there are paths where you can go jogging, Nordic walking or just take a walk. The location is good, near the forest and the lake, what you need for wellness.
Meals are served according to the principle of a customized menu with buffet elements. In general, the usual homemade food without sophistication. They cook delicious food. I would like more vegetables and fruits.
The procedures are all standard for the sanatorium, there is a spa center with a good list of services provided. I went for a general massage included in the wellness program: everything depends on the master here, someone works out the whole body well, and someone will stroke :) The same applies to medical massage. I was lucky with the master and I was very satisfied with the massage of the spine area. When buying a ticket, you can (preferably, especially in a spa center or at a dentist) specify all the desired additional procedures in advance in the text of the letter and everything will be booked for you.
In your free time, there is something to do: a variety of workouts, aqua aerobics, a rental service, there are excursions (mainly visits to local churches and churches).
Most of the vacationers are older people, but there are few young people either)
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the second building, where in the evenings, especially on Fri and Sat, there are a lot of visitors: to drink, to dance.
As for the room: the sound insulation is poor (if you have quiet neighbors, then it's normal), the room has everything you need - a kettle, a mini fridge, a safe, some appliances. There is not enough hair dryer, bathrobe in the room. I would also like a good mattress on the bed, this time in my room my back hurt a little in the morning from it. They are cleaned in a timely manner, the garbage is taken out every day. There is WiFi, not the fastest)
In general, the sanatorium is good for your money. You should not expect from him what he does not declare)
