We stayed at the Sputnik Hotel for 2 nights in July 2023. The room is large, spacious, very clean, the breakfasts are standard, there is a water cooler on the floor. The center can be reached by buses and there are only 2 stops. You can walk, but now the bridge is being repaired there. However, there is no cafe near the hotel and I had to go to the center. But there are grocery stores.

At first glance, so-so. A long narrow hall, in the middle of a scene, is not very convenient... Until you try the kitchen! I've been to a lot of places, but this is absolutely unique, I want to eat and eat! Thank you very much! Even the banal eggplant rolls are so balanced in taste that you think, "Was it possible?" The meat really melts in your mouth, no over-salting and overcooking, I really, really recommend just going in and eating.

He lived in a standard. I apologize for the terminology, but this standard is the standard of minimalism. For this price, you can live in great comfort in most Russian cities. Apparently, being in the capital automatically inflates the price. Dinner turned out to be a problem. The breakfast was of a normal average level. It was he who drew the impression of the hotel. I must say that the staff is very polite and it goes against the general impression.

Very clean , quiet , calm , the location is super , everything is under your nose , the interior is a scoop , there is even a cooler on the floor !!! The maid knocked every day and asked if cleaning was needed, etc. all problems, if any, are solved on the spot!!! I was surprised !!!

The hotel is excellent in terms of price-quality ratio. The rooms are clean, the beds are large. It was nice to be there. The room has everything you need. The beds are clean, the linen is clean - it doesn't smell. I recommend it for travelers.

02.11. 2023 came to lunch with colleagues for lunch. We left hungry, because no one came up to us in 25 minutes. Lunch is not rubber. The admin is very slow. It is logical, probably, to give someone to help in the hall at lunchtime, if there are a lot of people who want to have lunch there. We go there quite often and no more than 5 tables are occupied there. And when you sit there and see how the administrator barely moves, the desire to return there disappears. Teach your staff to work faster and at least sometimes smile at visitors. By the way, when a young girl works there on shift (unfortunately, I don't know her name), everything is done much faster.

The hotel is very nice , clean, I think it deserves 4 stars. The room has everything you need. Snow-white bed linen and towels . The only drawback was that they took a room with two beds, and in these rooms the windows overlook the roadway and if you open the window, it is very noisy.

A Soviet-style hotel. But the rooms are clean, cozy, I got a standard room after renovation with new plumbing. The sound insulation is good, which is what old buildings are famous for, except for the doors. The doors are thin, the neighbors can be heard in the hallway. The rooms are quiet at night.
Don't check in at the elevator. It beeps when stopping on all floors. You can hear it too if you're a light sleeper. Or close the door in the hall :) by yourself.
There are water coolers on the floors. The staff is trying very hard, it's nice, trying to fulfill all the wishes of the client.
Buffet breakfast for 4 with a minus. In principle, there is everything, but it is cooked in the Soviet way. The cost is less than 500 rubles. No fruit, no herbal tea. But you will not stay hungry, there is a lot of choice.
Luggage storage is paid.

I want to say a special thank you for the cleanliness, the room had 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 8 towels for 2 people.
The staff is friendly, arrived early, checked in without warning of early arrival.
Very good hotel, I recommend it.
Not far from the center, two stops from the railway station.
But there are also disadvantages.
Well, very bad Wi-Fi.
There is a refrigerator, small, but it is a cooling chamber (food spoils)
There is no kettle, but there is a cooler on the floor.

The canteen staff and the receptionist are not competent. They never know at which tables which groups have breakfast, they don't have lists. There are refrigerators in the rooms , but they do not cool the food ( temperature + 15 ) . It is not possible to set a lower temperature. Why they are needed is not clear ! Do they offer perishable products to be handed over to the staff at the counter with a note?!! There is drinking water on the floor. My room was clean and warm. It's not noisy. Rooms are cleaned well and regularly. There were no slippers in the room. There is Wi-Fi.

The room was booked in advance (a week in advance), but upon arrival, it turned out that there was no room reservation. Thanks to the receptionist for finding a way out of this situation and I was checked into the room.
