Terrible print quality: stripes, dark objects are just black, light objects are just white, without halftones. When pointing out the flaws, the operator's response is: "such printer settings". With such quality, it is easier to print on a home printer, and for professional printing services it is a shame. Do not accept such a marriage, ask to change the print profile and print it again — we managed to print at least some semitones and reduce the stripes, but the blackness did not go anywhere. I decided not to argue and pay for the order — but it's a complete nightmare. The customer service is of extremely low quality: the indication of a marriage by the operator was met with irritation, the original black photos were issued as if it were necessary. Neither the printing time nor the cost are immediately discussed — at first I just waited at the checkout, when I noticed that my order was not being printed, I said that I would come later, after shopping, since I had to wait — this is a shopping center, customers' time must be taken into account. The operator promised to inform about the readiness of the order via messenger — and this was not fulfilled.
I add one star only for the excellent location — if the criticism is positively accepted by the management and all the shortcomings are corrected — there are high hopes for this printing center.
And additionally: an extremely unsuccessful logo, it is unprofitable to read from a distance.

I ordered polaroid photos. They said it would take an hour and a half to complete , but if it takes longer, they will warn you. Two hours later, there were no notifications about the readiness of the work. When two and a half hours had passed since the order was placed, I went to the center and was told that it would take another 20 minutes. After half an hour, they said that it would take another 15 minutes.
The delay of photos is not the worst thing. The employee apologized, gave stickers with seals as compensation.
However, I was very upset that when I came home, I noticed that everything was fine only with the polaroids on top. The ones at the bottom were crookedly cropped:(
I understand that there may have been technical difficulties that affected the order completion time , but it is very disappointing to get sloppily completed work that they also tried to hide after waiting for more than three hours.
For comparison, I attach a photo. On the left is the polaroid that was first in the stack. The edges on the sides are smooth, everything is fine. On the right is the last polaroid in the stack and there the edge on the left is completely cut off.

The print quality is disgusting. I wish I could let go of the situation, but I can't. They gave stickers on which the colors are stupidly different, just print the certificates not on photo paper, but received them on photo paper, where the black went to purple.
The cost of services was also striking - two to three times higher than in large printing houses.
But that's all right, they also tried to sheathe it. At first they said 63 rubles, when I returned for the flash drive, they said that there would be another + 11. Wow! When I asked for a price list, the total amount turned out to be 10 rubles lower. Well, guys. I am ready to pay, but I also need to earn my money, and not think that customers are fools

I visited this printing center with an extremely important order for me! It was necessary to make a postcard from my crooked sketches, which later went to the states to close friends, I am very glad that I turned here because the operator Sabina did everything in the best possible way, picked up not ordinary cardboard as a base but some very cool design paper!

I printed 100 photos. I meticulously checked every picture, to my surprise, the girl reacted to this with understanding. 1 photo was redone because a strange stripe appeared. like for customer orientation!
