I was there, in December 2013, for 10 days, just caught the Catholic Christmas)) I was lucky with the weather)) The hotel is not bad. The rest is mostly British with their families (in our case, they came to celebrate Christmas). The location is great. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, a shop, a pharmacy, a free bus stop. A good beach is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are large with cool balconies. The cuisine is good, especially for seafood lovers). The staff speaks only two languages: Spanish and English. Among the disadvantages: poor room cleaning, old uncleaned air conditioners, "cosmic" prices for drinks in the bar (restaurant). Tip: if you walk up the street for 15-20 minutes on foot, there is a supermarket for locals in the basement, it is like outside the "tourist circuit" and the price tags will pleasantly surprise you)) For example: a bottle of wine 0.75 = 1 - 2.5 EUR. (exactly the same as they pour you at the hotel = for 9 EUR. glass)))

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are good, the neighbors were noisy (Portuguese), we changed the room, the food was on a solid plate, they always bring everything, there is a large selection of meat and sweets. There is a large children's playground on the territory, large parrots fly, and a banana tree with bananas grows. There are two hotels of the same type, one owner, the second I don't remember what his rooftop pool is called. And the place playas Americas is the coolest, we traveled all over the island, drove around the island every day. Another cool place where the black volcanic sand, hit the tide and ebb, is beautiful. We liked the hotel cool. I didn't like the island very much, it was dirty.
Nice hotel. We were at the end of October. The weather was pleasant. The service at the hotel is on a solid 4+. Unfortunately, in October there was a renovation on the 1st floor. But the hotel staff met us halfway and changed our room to a better one. The location of the hotel is good. The ocean is only 10-15 minutes away by an average walk along beautiful paths. The cuisine is very diverse, for every taste and any diet - we only managed to try it once a week. At lunch and dinner, any wine, beer, drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone was preparing for Halloween - the hotel was decorated in this style. You can safely recommend a vacation in this hotel for any category of people - from an infant, to elderly people, people with disabilities. We love Tenerife and are always happy to return here.
