I read the review below about tartarus:(. Probably the mood of the writer was not very good, how can you write such a thing! It's clear that the markers taste and color different :)
Tartare is even very tasty, and unexpectedly with cheese :), but it's delicious :) I ordered the second one:)

Always delicious coffee and courteous staff. Prices are average in the city center. There are breakfasts. Very satisfying. Pastries and a small snack menu. Cozy, comfortable, the music is not loud, it does not interfere with communication

It's a good tasty place, the draniki are authentic, the Belarusian breakfast is energetic, the author's halvic RAF is good. Sockets in sofas are a great idea. Interior decoration by local artists.
