We had 5 classes and for reasons beyond our control, we were informed that there would be no more classes until the new year. We were told that the money would be refunded for the remaining 7 classes, but we were asked to come another day, because there was no light on that day. We approached the next day, but the administrator Maria informed us that she would not return the money, because one lesson costs 200 rubles. and we did 5 classes, which means 1000 rubles. spent completely. What an interesting math Maria has. I informed her that we had purchased a subscription specifically, according to which one lesson costs 85 rubles., and if you do not purchase a subscription, then the lesson will cost 200 rubles. But Maria decided in her own way. Then I asked to invite the management, to which Maria said that there was no one at the moment. I said I'd wait. I really didn't want to give away the difference, but I still had to do it. Maria, in this way, and even at your young age, it is very bad to earn money.
