I do not recommend it, even if the price of accommodation is attractive. We had a rest in the summer of 2022.
Minuses:
1. There are no air conditioners only in the rooms, in the reception area, in the dining room (impossible stuffiness) and in the corridors. The heat is unbearable
2. The hotel is located inside a cottage village and its tour buses are not found immediately and you need to listen to all this from the guide (it used to be a sports base)
3. This hotel and the sea are incompatible things. To say that it is far away is simply not to say anything. It's impossible to get there on the shuttle, because a huge number of people are crammed in. There is a small piece of the beach, which is not marked in any way, and which everyone is looking for 10 minutes, asking the neighbors. After the first day of such a beach holiday, we began to take a taxi to the beach and back
4. The Land of Legends Park is 30-35 minutes on foot, it is quite possible to walk. This is the only place that saved our vacation.
5. The menu is passable, but in this heat you don't really want to
6. The pool is one for everyone, due to such conditions of delivery of vacationers to the beach, it was crowded. The exit is to the sea by taxi, and the sea is very good, surrounded by coniferous forest.

We stayed at the hotel with my mother and little daughter in July 2022.
The hotel, of course, is not 4 stars, far from it, but I still give a rating of 4 for striving to be better. The hotel staff does not care about the problems and situations that arise. They try to solve everything as far as possible.
For example, we arrived late in the evening. Dinner is over. But we asked for at least some kind of snack for the child. Sausage sandwiches were brought to our room/cheese /salad. The guys at the reception are responsive, the next day they changed the room at our request (without additional charges). There was also a situation with a drowned phone, a tray of rice was brought. There was a situation - the minibus left the sea earlier, and we waited for it for half an hour, eventually left by taxi. Then all the dissatisfaction was expressed at the reception, and as we understood, this was brought to the management, we agreed that if the minibus leaves earlier (when recruiting people into it), it will make another flight to the sea. At least we saw after that that the driver was standing and waiting exactly until the departure time of other people.
In the middle of the vacation, we noticed that the management arrived and changes began- the restaurant improved the serving, dishes became more diverse, garbage was removed on the beach, palm trees were pruned, and the landscape was improved.
Of course, there are more minuses than pluses. This department still has to work and work up to 4 stars. But they're trying. Caring people = service improvement. I wish you success!
And below I write in fact the cons and pros of the hotel.
+ awesome sea, entrance to the water. It's great for kids
+ kind and helpful staff (thanks to Anna and Ken at the reception)
+ nice rooms
+vegetables,fruits (watermelons,melons,apples,oranges, very tasty plums)
Minuses :
The lack of blankets (just blankets -like blankets)
The lack of normal air-conditioned transport to the beach and the worst schedule (I'll attach a photo). And also the drivers don't care, to be honest
Distance from the sea. You can't walk
The food was weak (there were few fish and then, a lot of small bones, it is impossible to eat, one soup and do not know how to cook it, it is not tasty, a lot of starch, meat-a small variety.

In fact, there is not much animation, an evening show with dancing repetitions for children. That's all.
The absence of ITS OWN territory as such. Other cars pass through the hotel directly to the cottages under construction. It's bad when a child can walk in front of the reception to the pool and has to cross a small road where cars pass freely
The view from the Room is a vacant lot, a construction site.
The beach is dirty. Even the employee who showed up in the middle of our vacation, cleaning the beach, did it terribly carelessly.
P.s. Supplement-food and drink on the beach are provided. There is a contract with a restaurant on the beach. To do this, take a voucher in the morning at the reception and you can take 1 person + a drink on the beach. By the way, the portions of the dishes are large and very tasty, plus a good serve. We took salads, sandwiches (very good), pasta, dumplings (super),pizza👍🏼
Delicious Turkish coffee is also brewed in the girl's body at the bar☺️

I was at this hotel from 21.09 to 30.09 as a couple.
In short:
The pros are active animation, friendly staff in the restaurant and bars, a selection of greenery in the restaurant, its own beach area with a restaurant and a bar, 2 swimming pools - one with 3 large slides, the second 16+, good wooden deck chairs with mattresses. the rooms have air conditioning and hygiene kits, the guys prepare good cocktails in the bars.
Cons- the reception staff (just a HUGE minus), the quality of the renovation in the rooms - as if they built everything and painted it 1-2 days before the opening in a hurry and as ugly as possible, the laminate is in terrible condition as if after the war, the baseboards are casually covered with paint, the quality of the bathrooms also leaves much to be desired, drains without recesses, a screen in the shower it is so narrow that even with the most careful use of the shower, water still fills the entire floor of the room. Personally, my disadvantage is a lot of Arabs.
Overall, we were satisfied with the rest. We flew not for the sake of the quality of the rooms, but simply for the sake of the sea (even on the transfer of norms), the sun and the Land of Legends within walking distance, as well as to the center of Belek at a calm 40 min walk. I recommend it for a youth holiday for unassuming tourists.
