02.11.24 I bought Fila women's shoes size 37.5 in the Sportmaster store, took two weeks and noticed that the lacing attachment was broken, since the warranty period had not expired (30 days), I contacted sportmaster again on 11/24/24 to return a defective pair of shoes. The head of the department examined the shoes, offered to make a discount or issue a refund, however, the shoes themselves were comfortable for me and I just wanted to change to the same new pair, but my size was not available and I had to issue a refund. On the morning of 11/25/24 I checked the sportsmaster's website and "oh miracle!" I thought when I saw my size available, I immediately booked and went back to the sportsmaster after work. They gave me a box in the store and I went to try it on, I open the box and I see MY SHOES, WHICH I HANDED OVER YESTERDAY BY MARRIAGE WITH a BROKEN FASTENER, and today the store sells them to me again, as NEW! They didn't even repair the mount.. I went to the cashier, explained the situation, and the sales consultant calmly offered to call the head of the department. The head of the department, to whom I handed over the defective shoes yesterday, came up, and I said to her: "Good afternoon, and again I am. Yesterday I handed over the shoes to you, and today the store is selling them to me again, as new. It turns out that you sell used shoes?", she tried to justify that it was just that their marriage had not yet been taken away, and the sellers accidentally put it back in the hall. They didn't even apologize. What do you mean by accident? And the site also accidentally uploaded information about the availability of this size? I wear shoes very carefully, like new after 3 weeks, but they are used, and another person might not notice, at most a broken mount, and would you give him a discount and sell them as new?
In general, trust in the Sportmaster store has been lost, I am not ready to buy new shoes in the store for decent money and at the same time think about whether they will sell me used ones again.

We bought a fitball for practicing with a newborn child, after half a year the ball began to go down, a small hole was found, the sportsmaster said that it was our fault, and that it was not a guarantee, but the house was perfectly clean, they could not hole anywhere, thanks to such a "good" company for the "good" attitude to former regular customers! But there are also disadvantages - this is the packaging of the goods. Once again I buy things here and always have to take paid packaging, the prices are still not the cheapest, especially if you take a non-promotional product, ay yay yay... if the store is positioned to sell a brand, then it is unlikely that the product comes without packaging or as second-hand in a common package.
