As a result, the shoes were changed in another store without question, so I consider the actions of the staff of this store offensive and illegal

The store is located on the 4th floor. In general, it is typical for this shopping center, but I would like to note the following. There are many different outlets selling sporting goods in the mall. The difference, in my opinion, is in adequate prices for original goods. Visiting neighboring stores and comparing prices, I can say that it is cheaper in Sportmaster, it is also necessary to note the presence of significant discounts on a number of products. I learned about this chain of stores from friends who talked about discounts in stores. I didn't really believe it, because usually stores put up one with a 10% discount for 100 goods, but I was pleasantly surprised. On my first trip to this store, I couldn't resist buying discount Kappa sneakers for 65 USD (as far as I remember, there was about 40% discount). Moreover, there were a lot of shoes on the discount, but they are not of all sizes and colors, but for such a discount, the color is no longer important)). I also repeat that the product is original. There are also discounts on clothes. Yes, there are a lot of products at full price that make your head spin, but there are also a lot of discounts. Let me summarize the results. If you live for a regular salary like me and you need to buy something, then purposefully going there is useless, since you can find cheaper acceptable China, but if you are in a shopping center, then it is definitely worth visiting the store, because you can get there during discounts. As I noticed, not the entire list of products sold is displayed on the sites.

Terrible treatment by security guard Sergei, I was a customer in this store, but after he misled me, I will no longer buy anything, neither I myself nor I recommend it to you or my friends, acquaintances and relatives. A person who is not customer-oriented and does not value the reputation of the store, and the head of Fomina Victoria, also cannot solve the issue. There are no management contacts or reception hours, as in all self-respecting organizations. The employees at the checkout are rude, they sit with dissatisfied faces and cannot serve or answer questions.
