Overall, I like the store: good prices, a convenient pick-up point, and the online store is fast and clear. But the checkout service is a disaster. On a typical business day, only one of the 4 cash registers is open. The queues are huge, the cashier leaves for additional goods, and the payment process turns into torture. I stood there for half an hour. It seems that there is no control over staff, employees are more concerned about their own comfort than about the convenience of customers. I hope the management will pay attention to this.
