In addition to exercises, Anna told a lot of useful things about childbirth behavior (breathing and relaxation techniques, understanding the process), body structure, and gave tips on relieving "pregnant charms." Working out the necessary skills in the classroom, bringing them almost to automatism, it is very easy to remember this at the crucial moment of childbirth. In addition to the sea of information in the classroom, it was possible to attend additional "lectures" on childbirth and newborn care. Informative and useful.
Anna's fitness was advised to me by a friend whose pregnant wife attended classes and was delighted. I am also delighted. Now I advise all the girls I know, in a position and "for the future" :)
Anya is the best coach!!! I advise everyone to attend her classes without fail during pregnancy.
