The location is quite convenient. The gym is spacious, a lot of equipment for interesting non-classical workouts. I am not a crossfitter myself, but the turnstiles in such halls are simply royal. The bars are usually worse and V-shaped, which may not be suitable for everyone. The weight is enough for a small regiment.
The biggest disadvantage for me is the work schedule. In other respects, this applies to all crossfit halls.
You can forget about weekend workouts. To have time to train before 14 on Saturday — you have to be superhuman. It is completely closed on Sunday.
