The girl came up and asked if there was Magnesium glycinate? And then it started)) The consultant got up from the counter, led him to the shelf with the goods, here's "one, two, three," and sat back down without consulting and without a single word at his counter.
To put it mildly, I was shocked, there was not such a large selection of this particular form of magnesium on the site, but there was only one for which we came. Therefore, at least some kind of consultation was welcomed on his part, but it was not there.
It also seemed suspicious that the composition of this form of magnesium did not match on the website and in the store itself. (Nature Foods - Magnesium 90 caps 405 mg per capsule, barcode 4630197072205). The website did not indicate that there is titanium dioxide in the composition, which would significantly affect the choice of this form of magnesium. In general, I do not recommend visiting the store at this address.

After I went to the store, which I indicated at the pick-up point, the seller told me there that the product was out of stock, but there was somewhere else and he could write to bring it here.
Okay, it suits me - place an order. And this is probably the end of the algorithm of actions in the job description of the sales consultant. After waiting for a few minutes, I realize that our dialogue has ended at this wonderful moment. Suddenly, one question began to arise in the back of my mind - I wonder if I will somehow find out if it's time to come here again for an order... Maybe I'll understand it by the stars...😆
In general, I decide to help the seller do his job and ask a question - will they somehow inform me about the receipt, will they call me somehow? To which the seller answers me - call, ask.
Good... It seems like we've sorted out the grief in half... But finally I was forced to write a negative review by the fact that after calling a couple of days, I was answered:
- there is no such product, we did not order.
- are you planning to order at all?
- Not yet. I don't know when it will appear, goodbye.
If I knew that I would waste my time, I would immediately go to buy the right product at another store. Fortunately, they can be found at every step now.
