Last summer, I ordered blackout blinds for the room. At that time, the order was not reported ready. I wrote to you on Instagram myself a couple of days after the approximate date of readiness agreed upon at checkout, to which I received a response about the day of installation (they replied that the installation was on such and such a day, without asking if I would be at home and if it would be convenient on that day, just as if they were confronted with the fact). Well, okay, there are a lot of orders in the summer, then I didn't pay attention to it, I understand everything, everything happens.
I contacted you for the third time about a week ago, I wanted to order 5 roller blinds, 2 pleated mosquito nets and 2 mosquito nets for sliding windows. On Monday, 24.02, I came to the office, they calculated the estimated cost of the entire order for me, agreed on the arrival of the measurer on Thursday, 27.02, the girl warned that the measurer would call and we would agree with him on the time of his arrival. Thursday, no one called until 12:40 p.m., I wrote to you on Instagram. No one answered for an hour (I looked at it now, the message was viewed that day, apparently after my call), I called the office. The girl said she would contact the measurer and call me back. As a result, we agreed with her that the employee would call before arrival, the landmark is at 17:00. No phone call, no arrival. On Friday, 02/28, I called the office again, the girl said she would contact the measurer. There was no information for an hour and a half, I called back myself. In response to the question: an apology and a promise that the employee will call back in three minutes. I was surprised, but the man called back, and in the end we agreed that if he or his replacement were in the city center on Sunday (02.03), they would come by, if not, then on Monday (03.03). Monday 03.03 13:40: at the moment I am writing this review in my notes on my phone, because there was no call from either the company or the measurer today or yesterday.

Yes, it's still cold, there are no insects yet, and the sun doesn't shine through the windows like that, but I wanted to place an order earlier than the season, before there was a huge flow of customers, which will be closer to the end of spring and summer. If I had worked on a 5/2 schedule, I would have had to leave my job for nothing twice, but with my 2/2 schedule it was a little easier, and I discussed coming on my weekends. Now you'll have to contact another company, and that's time again.
