Great hotel, we were with a family of 5 people from 04.12.2024 to 14.12., we really liked everything, the territory, the pools, super!!! Special thanks to the staff, they are very friendly and helpful! If someone is worried about the noise of airplanes during rest hours, then it's not worth it, airplanes don't fly at night, and you can't hear them during the day, the noise in the rooms is great. The hotel surprised with its cleanliness and very friendly staff. But ... surprisingly, the breakfasts are not very, from the word at all. We used to be in 4-k, where the breakfasts are an order of magnitude higher and tastier. The most delicious things are rice and ready-made soups, that's the end of it. The pancakes are rubbery, the porridge is tasteless, there are few pastries, eggs, there are a steady queue of 10 people for an omelet, two types of fruits (watermelon and/or pitahaya, papaya are standard... I'm not finding fault, but these are 5 stars, they must match. There is a queue for half of the hotel's check-in at the breakfast restaurant, you are given a ticket and asked to wait 2 minutes, respectively, there is not enough space and people are outraged.
The hotel's population is Russians, Indians and Chinese, mostly, there are Europeans, but few. In general, I liked the Splash, especially with the children, it's the best on Phuket for today.
Aquapark, he has a separate comment: both children and harmful parents liked the old, shabby, good water park, with good slides, pleasant staff. We went 2 times in 10 days. They don't let you in with your towels, drinks, or food. In December, one towel cost 70 baht, beer in a cafe on the territory of the water park cost 295 baht per 1 liter, there are fast food chips, fries, nuggets, pizza, ice cream, shakes (they don't sell coconuts). The price is too high, as in all water parks. They do not accept cash or cards, they give you a magnetic bracelet at the entrance, put money on it and pay with it exclusively on the territory of the park. If you haven't spent it, you need to return the money day after day, at the checkout, on the next visit - your funds will burn out. I liked everything, solid 5.
The sea: Mai Khao beach- do not forget that this is a protected area, there are no umbrellas and sun beds there. Near the beach with a large pool, you can take towels, go to the beach (or, like us, sunbathe for free on the sun beds by the pool), sunbathe there, swim in the Andaman Sea. There is a "tyagun" at sea very often, in the season too, it all depends on the current, but I do not recommend it with children.
Take excursions to the islands, because there is nothing to do in Phuket (there used to be an observation deck with a white Buddha, closed since September 2024 due to known circumstances).
The area next to the hotel: we leave the reception, walk in a straight line, there is an exchange on the left and then a cafe (I do not recommend it, it takes a long time and is not friendly), cross the road, opposite there is a shop (you can buy souvenirs, etc. Gifts), massage to the right and a cafe called YAM YAM to the right ... that's where you will be greeted with real flavor and taste of Thai, There is WiFi. Say Beautiful women and you will get a good discount!!!
There are also supermarkets nearby, 7/11, lotos - they are the nearest, 5 minutes on foot, 200 meters from the reception and turn left. Fruit stalls run in parallel, (I advise you to take it home), there is an opportunity to try the crocodile, and it is real there, and not like in Patong.

A wonderful hotel! We arrived before departure for a week for the sake of a water park for a child. And fell in love with the hotel) A huge territory, green, well-groomed. There is a huge swimming pool on the beach, a wonderful bar/restaurant, beautiful sunsets. Rooms for every taste and budget. We lived in a villa and a penthouse. Both have their own private swimming pool. Electric cars for the lazy with cheerful drivers will take you quickly anywhere (around the hotel). Of the cons: breakfast…This is very bad in my opinion. And yet: there are few restaurants and bars for such a huge hotel. In fact, only the main one with breakfast, a cafe in the water park and a restaurant on the beach. Therefore, I often had to have dinner outside the hotel. Well, maybe as a wish: for such a large and family-run hotel, it would be nice to add some activities and entertainment. But, despite this, we will definitely come back more than once!

Nice hotel, nice rooms, sooo friendly staff, don't speak Russian.
The territory is large, beautiful, well-groomed, tuk tuks go for quick movement, they will take you wherever you ask, you can call by phone.
The territory is adjacent to the beach with airplanes, Mai khao, near the beach there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, a bar. There are frequent carts with food and drinks at affordable prices within a minute's walk along the beach. There aren't a lot of deck chairs, but they don't lie on them all day, people change, you can start by taking one chaise longue, one went swimming, the other waited a little and pulled up the vacated chaise longue.
The food is delicious, not monotonous.
There is everything you need around the hotel, of course, not as much as on popular beaches like Kata and Karon. Massages, souvenirs, pharmacies, fruits, cafes, seven eleven.
Going somewhere to the southern part of the island to popular places is long, expensive, 1000-2000 Baht.
The rooms are very spacious, with a separate bedroom, and closing the door to it is almost guaranteed to isolate the sounds from the hallway and the neighboring room. Without any problems, on the second day, at the request, we changed the room from the first floor to a higher one.
There are some activities on the territory of the Hotel almost daily, but you probably won't stumble upon them by chance, you need to look at the schedule, they hang it in the elevators.

Everything is very beautiful, the area is fantastic, there are many cafes and shops nearby. The rooms were a bit old in the aqua park only once, mostly we spent time on the beach. The breakfasts are excellent. In the hotel, dirt on linen or towels is fined for the amount of dry cleaning.
Of the minuses, the planes are very noisy, as if you are resting at the airport, spoils the whole vacation. And it's a long drive to the center and tourist spots.

For the first time in Thailand... Impressions, delight... it's impossible to convey everything!
Splash - the hotel really suited us! A huge territory. It's all green. A huge number of birds of various calibers! Everything is very thoughtful. Cozy paths, a large fish pond. A separate lake with lotuses. The pool is right by the sea. A little small, but very decent.
The water park is a separate topic! One of the best in Phuket! It is free for hotel guests! We really enjoyed it there! We were there every day!
The hotel is located away from the hype. There is no special entertainment nearby. But that's what we wanted!

We stayed at the Splash Hotel from December 20 to December 31, 2024 and were generally satisfied with our stay.
I'll start with the advantages: the hotel's territory is really large and impressive. We enjoyed walking through the manicured areas with greenery and beautiful landscapes. This is a great place for those who like to spend time outdoors.
I can't say that the breakfasts were bad, but there was clearly not enough variety, and the quality also left much to be desired.
As for the massage at the hotel, I strongly recommend avoiding this service. The prices are too high, and the quality does not meet expectations. Fortunately, there is an excellent salon in the immediate vicinity, where you can get not only professional massages, but also guided tours at more reasonable prices than those offered by the guides.The photo of the salon that everyone is looking for is attached below, it can be found if you go out through the exit from the main restaurant to the intersection and turn left literally 200 meters. By the way, here is the best currency exchange rate.We were also pleasantly surprised by the cuisine in the elephant cafe — the dishes were delicious, although somewhat expensive. However, there are more affordable options nearby that are in no way inferior in quality. My 9-year-old child enjoyed the local cuisine with pleasure, which, of course, added positive emotions to our vacation.
Overall, the Splash Hotel has its pros and cons, but given the beautiful grounds and the opportunity to find alternative deals outside the hotel, our stay was enjoyable.

A good hotel for families with children! The water park is cool, for hotel guests for free, you put a deposit on the bracelet at the entrance to pay for food / drinks. The pool by the sea is super, only there are not enough sun beds, you need to have time to occupy until 8:30) The sea is fire!!! There are many cafes near the hotel, money was changed at the pharmacy, just opposite the exit from the hotel, the best course. To order a taxi / food delivery (delivered to the lobby), we used the Grab application, there is enough Internet, it works without a Thai SIM card. It's a bit boring in the evening, you have to go to Bangla Road, it takes an hour and a half from the hotel. Have a good rest!

We went to this hotel for the second time.
There is a good territory, part of the room stock has been renovated, part is tired.
The breakfasts are simple, but there is everything you need. During peak hours, there are queues at the entrance.
The beach itself near the hotel is not bad, with a good approach (the depth starts quickly for children). Even in the peak season, because of its length, you can always find a place under the trees.
It is located in a quiet, peaceful village not far from the bridge connecting the island with the continent.
It's definitely not a good option for parties, but it's what you need for a relaxing holiday.
The hotel is inhabited by an impressive majority of Russian-speaking people.
The staff is friendly, and they are slowly beginning to understand and respond in Russian.

We had a family vacation in early November 2024.We came for 11 days.
Be sure to visit the islands!
The food is delicious and inexpensive, and fruits are generally for pennies (1 kg of mango is 100 rubles).

A cool bedroom. Breakfast is normal at the hotel, just enough. There are several categories of rooms-the simplest suites, family rooms, rooms with kitchens, villas. There is a lake with lots of fish and food for them for free. It is very cool. The child went there all the time. Cars walk around the territory-they take everyone where they need to go. Our children grew up in the hotel water park-it is the best in Thailand, in our opinion. It is so compact and convenient, although there are a lot of slides, there is a lazy river and a large kid zone. You constantly see your child when he runs on the slides, while in the lounge area or in a cafe. Adults will also be interested. The slides are very cool. 1. Breakfast! I've never seen such terrible breakfasts in the top five. There's nothing to eat, there's no variety. Someone wrote about the absence of cheeses, yes, there are none, but there are also many things missing: sausages, sausages (one kind only), bacon, nuts, dried fruits, nutella, fruits (there is a watermelon and a fermented dragon), and other, other varieties of morning Buffets of fives. There are constantly not enough dishes and cutlery. If you come later, there will be absolutely nothing to eat, because a lot of things are simply not added. I was surprised by the lack of coffee machines, instant coffee is simply poured into a vat.
2. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. They are very poorly cleaned, they do not wash, but sweep. The bed linen is already torn. There are no slippers or bathrobes.

A great hotel for families with children and adult couples. Quietly, calmly. There are no clubs or night traffic here. A huge, well-maintained territory. No one bothers anyone. There is no need to cross the busy highway to the beach, as in other hotels. There is a lot of space on it, and the lack of sun beds is only a plus. When you go to the beach, you will be given towels. We visited the vaunted Katya and Karon and began to appreciate Mai Kao more.
Planes can be clearly heard anywhere in the hotel, but after a few days we stopped paying attention to it. For that, there are a lot of photos and videos with airplanes on your arm, on your elbow, on your head and others. They were in March 2024. There are enough cafes in the area, on average, the dish is 150 baht. The choice for breakfast is huge, and remember: overeating is harmful!
Your own water park is a plus. The children bought up and went downhill for a year ahead. Be careful with sunbathing from the first day, use cream 50. Many burned out a couple of hours before the blisters.
The majority of Russian-speaking guests from all post-Soviet countries. But, contrary to expectations, there were no noisy gatherings near the pools and in the rooms, everyone behaved decently.
There are reviews here, like: this is not a five, but a three, only eggs for breakfast, dirt everywhere. First, let the authors figure out how the star rating of the hotel is determined. Sometimes the service is better in the 3rd than in the 5th. Probably, these are people who have a personal chef at home and he prepares 10 dishes for them for breakfast, the maid does all the work around the house, and the gardener, who is also a landscape designer, ideally maintains their garden. But, for some reason, they were greedy for money at the Hilton by choosing this hotel, and now they complain about the dust under the sofa. Keep it simple, people!
If there is a complaint, tell me, everything will be removed. They can also change the number, if it doesn't suit you at all.
The hotel staff, cafe staff and shops are no longer bad at speaking Russian.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are not quite modern, but clean and tidy, and you will not find more spacious offers for sane money. We had 120 square meters for four of us, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The linen is clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Air conditioning in every room. I can't hear the neighbors.
There are bike and car rentals nearby. The average price for a bike is 300. I bargained for 3 days for 200 (honda click). But, be careful and think carefully if you are going to leave Mai Khao on a bike, since you will need to go to Banglarode, and this is not an easy test, even for an experienced driver. It is advisable to have an international driver's license, if you do not have one, the police will issue a fine of 500 baht. And it's better not to argue. Fortunately, there are practically no such things in Mai Khao.
Taxis were called by indriver, it's much cheaper this way. They will take you to the south of the island for 550-650 baht, depending on the time of day, to the neighboring beaches for 150-200 baht. You can choose better cars.
There is a Seven Eleven. A little further down the main street, there is a bigger and cheaper store, locals buy there. Excursions are cheaper in chiptour.
In conclusion: - I like a relaxing holiday, because for me this is the hotel that I want to return to on my next vacation.

I liked the hotel very much. Huge territory, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Because of the child, I took breakfast-dinner meals, but to be honest, next time I will go without food at all. The room had a kitchen (microwave, kettle, dishes, everything is there), a shop nearby. There is an exchanger at the exit from the hotel, even rubles are changed (the exchange rate is good). There is an airport nearby, but at night you can't hear the planes at all.

We returned from this hotel on 21.11. We liked the hotel. Large territory, well maintained. You can drive electric cars around the territory, they take you where you need to (room, territory, water park). Breakfasts are not bad, standard, of the same type, only hot dishes change (you will not be hungry). The water park needs to be updated. Room cleaning is a three, but it's a Tie, it's like that everywhere. They won't put anything in, either towels or a bathrobe. This is a family-run hotel for a relaxing holiday without hanging out.
Nuances: We stayed at the hotel for a week, everything is OK, a week later we received a "letter of happiness". They have to pay 400 baht for some stains on the towel.
Upon check-out, the room was not checked, although we called twice and asked to take the room. They gave out a deposit of $ 200 and said check room. Check-out from the room takes place at 12.00, and we were supposed to be picked up at the airport only at 17.00. They were allowed to wait on the territory of the hotel (you can have a swimming pool, there is no water park). We deposited our passports in the lobby and went to the pool. Upon returning to the lobby to pick up our passports, we were shown that our hair dryer was missing from the room. After our outrage, they did not insist and apologized. Passports were issued.
Summary: Be prepared for such nuances. We are people of age, we are over 60+, we were with two grandchildren of 9 and 13 years old. We have been traveling abroad for a long time and often, but this is the first time we have encountered this.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days! It takes 20 minutes by taxi to get to the airport. The hotel is large, electric cars run on the territory, and if necessary, they will take you where you need to go! A very beautiful pool overlooking the sea, Mai Khao beach is a little dirty, but the sea is cool and the most interesting thing is that planes land almost overhead at Phuket airport! I didn't really like the breakfasts, the dishes didn't change much, and if you come a little later, there's not much food at 9:00 - 10:00, the plates are empty. But that's all right, because there wasn't a very pleasant surprise waiting for us at the end. Right before departure, a letter was pushed under our door, where it was written that we allegedly broke the glass, which was covered with a thick curtain.(we didn't break the glass, we didn't even pay attention to it because there was a curtain. We only came to the room to sleep and did not drink alcohol). They estimated this glass at a tidy sum, when I went to sort it out, they said that yesterday their assistant saw this broken glass and informed them. When I asked them why they didn't tell me yesterday, they said nothing and just stood there smiling. Apparently, they specifically inform tourists before departure, because they know that they need to catch a plane. As a result, our transfer left without us and we had to call a taxi and the last ones arrived at the airport barely in time. I do not know if this is a coincidence, but they billed exactly as much as I had in my wallet. They took every penny. Ok, we just stayed by taxi.
My advice to you is that when you enter the room, first of all, take everything on camera and inform the reception so that you do not end up in such a situation. We have vacationed in many countries, but this is the first time. I'm very disappointed, unfortunately.

The hotel is good, the rooms are washed and the bed linen is changed, new jars of shampoo, shower gel and something else (I do not remember) are put in the shower.
I was in the 7th building, so it was close to breakfast and the water park.
For parents who have children, there is a special place for them, in the 6th building on the 1st floor.
The water park has many slides for both children and adults.You cannot carry your own towels and water with you to the water park.There are all sorts of places with food on the territory of the water park, and the best thing for me is a bar inside the water, where you can order both for adults and children.

Good afternoon, at the moment we are staying in this hotel with a family of 5 people (3 small children). Despite some of the advantages of the hotel, there is a very big disadvantage. Now about that. At night, the child had a nosebleed and the pillowcase got a little dirty, two days later they sent us a letter with a fine of 500 baht, then at night the child felt sick right on the bed. As a result, the fine is again 4800 Baht.
This is despite the fact that the whole thing is just stained. I am shocked by the hotel's policy and rates. No one warned us about this when we checked in!
As a result, the deposit that is taken upon check-in, I think we will not be refunded. Keep this in mind and be careful!!! Terrible attitude towards the guests! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 years in a row. We used this hotel as a transit, once for 1 night after the flight, the second time for 2 nights before flying home. As a transit hotel, it is an excellent hotel. Its advantages are, first of all, proximity to the airport, modern and comfortable rooms, a large swimming pool by the sea and a restaurant where you can have lunch or just have a snack. Within walking distance, 3-5 minutes, there are cafes where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner, a 7/11 store, a pharmacy, a massage parlor, as well as buy fruits and pancakes with different fillings in the evening.The territory of the hotel is large, there are many buildings, electric cars run around the hotel. We did not like the breakfasts very much, the choice is not very large and the coffee is not at all delicious.
As an additional bonus, a visit to the water park is included in the price, and the presence of an airport nearby allows you to watch planes take off and land. And in the evening, a beautiful sunset on the beach!

We were a family at this hotel January-February 2024. A good hotel by Thai standards. A large territory, its own water park, normal breakfasts, but each of the advantages has a minus)) there is an artificial pond on the territory, the fish-water blooms in it, the fish dies and therefore the stench is incredible in the pool area near the beach. The water park is not bad, but if Thai schoolchildren come, you can go to the sea right away))). The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous, it gets boring in two weeks, there is almost no fruit, and watermelons must be asked from employees who do not know this - either they fight for rare watermelons with other vacationers, or they buy them on the street). There is not enough Thai soup, pasta with shrimp and other octopuses, fried ice cream and pancakes with mango, it's just not on the street, at 22-00 there is silence ... but in general, the hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday with children, but do not forget that the airport and planes are constantly noisy nearby. At first it pleases, everyone takes pictures with planes landing, then you get used to it. In general, you can visit once.

In the shower, the water did not run off, or rather, between two people, you had to wait for time. Cotton swabs and a shower cap were put in the bag itself, they were no longer put in. Cleaning every day, if you don't need a sign to help. Not all rooms have a dryer, you need to ask. You can call chernz 0 and order an electric car. And yes, moving around the hotel in electric cars. It is very convenient, as it is quite large. They will take you to the beach, for breakfast, to the water park. The water park can be entered once a day for free for a resident of the hotel. It is necessary to name the room number. When checking in, they give me a coupon with a non-alcoholic drink (the most common, without a choice), you can drink on the beach at the bar. Two pools with a depth of 1.3 m. Open from 7 am to 7 pm. Then it is allegedly hoored. But I saw that people were swimming there and then. Breakfast is normal. There is rice, vegetables, eggs, sweets, salads. Flake. Coffee, juices, tea. Bakery products. The food did not change much in 12 days, but it was possible to eat normally. Free Wi-Fi. We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays! Only the worst impressions remained! The organization of the New Year's Eve party cannot be described in any words at all. Water was sold for 50 baht, terrible queues for drinks on coupons. Not a New Year's holiday, but a BAZAAR! The whole area is shabby. The pond is smelly, absolutely not cared for. For breakfast, a 2-year-old child has nothing to feed at all, there are no porridges. The dinners are a la carte and there's not much to choose. We paid 900 thousand for the room, but we went to eat in neighboring cafes. In general, except for the beach, there are no advantages. I do not recommend this hotel in Thailand to anyone ((((. 1. Room. We lived in room LB1B. The shower has a built-in watering can in the wall without the possibility of adjusting the angle of inclination. For this reason, water spills out of the shower onto the floor, a constant swamp. The toilet drains every other time. The bathroom tiles are light beige in color with gray streaks that simply can not be washed. In the room in building 8 (our eldest child lived there), there was simply no light when checking in. A girl came, inserted some kind of card and told me not to pull it out, otherwise everything would break.…
2. Cleaning quality. The room is 92 sq.m. cleaned in 5 minutes. If you don't throw a wet towel on the floor, it will be neatly folded and put on a shelf under the guise of a clean one, why? cleaning in the 3rd building at 16-17.00, just when everyone comes from the sea and washes before dinner. It's not convenient.
3. Reception staff. During the checkout, the deposit is not refunded until the room is checked, keep this in mind. We had 20 minutes to check, and as a result, we arrived at the airport later than planned. 6. The territory and the beach. There is an asphalt path leading to the beach, 300 meters away, surrounded by a lawn and bushes. There is no shadow. It is very unpleasant to walk from the beach at one o'clock in the afternoon with a stroller under the scorching sun. I don't understand the difficulty of planting trees along the edges of the path and creating shade. There are no sun beds on the beach. Everyone is lying on towels. It is also not clear why the hotel cannot create an area with sun beds and umbrellas for its guests. The beach area itself is dirty, people throw swags, bottles and do not take them away when they leave the beach.
Overall, the impression is extremely negative. We were not in the same department of Tai 5*, we have not seen such horror anywhere else.
