A cool bar in the center of Minsk on nemiga, specializing in tinctures and cocktails. All tinctures have a strength of about 10 ° and are made by the bar itself. There are about 20 flavors, seasonal flavors appear from time to time. For example, in the summer there was sorrel, now there is a pomegranate. There are also very tasty cocktails. I can recommend Negroni for long gatherings, if you like the astringency of herbs and citrus peel. The Paris cocktail is sweet but balanced. Black knight has a characteristic taste of currant and it is for those who like sourness. I really liked Apple Rum too.
I can recommend hot dogs from the food, as they have a very soft toasted fresh bun and a good sausage. I can also note the presence of gloves for food as a plus.
Desserts of the day are also good, especially cheesecakes. Honey cake at 6.5/10.
Atmosphere: cool interior with matches, sometimes very loud music plays and it is difficult to hear the interlocutor.
The staff is friendly and quick to serve, as is the kitchen.
Here it is advisable to think about places in advance and book. Because on weekends and in the evening, it's good if there are any places at all (sometimes you can find a couple at the bar)

Good morning to all, the Youth bar, the tinctures are delicious, BUT I don't feel like there's alcohol in them, and it's cool (and really delicious), but as if for children, the tincture should at least be a little intoxicating in addition to the taste, which is probably why they have 1+1 promotions on tinctures (it's on Wednesdays if anything) friends, really, I'm a St. Petersburg drunk, and there's a completely different story) I'm willing to pay for both taste and execution, but there are questions about quality. There are sandwich and goat bars nearby, they have more respectful tinctures, by the way, if you order food, like catadilla, etc. (well, she also wants the best, like cheese sauce mushrooms, preferably a burger with poppy seeds), she will be able to drink 20 infusions on easy during this time. You can enter in passing, but purposefully I don't see the point. May the lovers of this institution forgive me.
Yes, I forgot to add tinctures in plastic shots, well, it's really not comme il faut at all. And the music is a credit. If you're a student, that's fine.

We recently visited a bar with a friend and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is simply amazing: cozy interior, pleasant music and friendly staff. I would especially like to mention Kirill, the bartender. He is not only a professional in his field, but also a very responsive person. We visited this institution on August 5. The staff is very pleasant and polite. Tinctures are great! I liked Baylis the most. I wanted to try a tincture of sorrel and kiwi, but they were not available.
A green apple is very sour, for an amateur.
As for food, there is a lot to develop. We took quesadillas and French fries. The quesadilla immediately upset the appearance with its filling, a very thin layer of minced meat and a couple of corn, but in the end it turned out to be satisfying. When they ordered fries, they asked what kind of iceberg lettuce would be there, because they could not imagine what a salad in potatoes would do. As a result, it looked like the scraps from the cabbage table were salted and put in a dish. The potatoes themselves are soft, refrozen several times as if. Three small pieces of smelly bacon, I couldn't even swallow it, it all went into a napkin. And I just now read that there are onion chips in the composition of potatoes, but we did not have them.

I found this bar by chance, a mime was passing by, I went to relax with a friend. I liked everything, the staff is very good and the constant promotions are a very cool idea, since it was the first time the waiter Kirill helped me choose food and alcohol, you can immediately see that he has been working for months, because the service was at the highest level, the food and alcohol are very tasty, and in principle the atmosphere of the bar is very pleasant.
