one waitress didn't take the order in an hour and we left. I wish I could remember the name. We came back later and there was no breakdown, at another table with another waiter! the girl was too lost and did not notice us closely, although she said she would come in FIVE minutes.

The tinctures are terrible, you feel more alcohol, and not the taste that you order.
To quote the waiter: "If the menu item is called a tincture, it does not mean that it is infused."
I would like the state to know that tincture is an alcoholic drink made by INFUSING alcohol on various ingredients.
And if the tincture is stated in the menu, then I would like to get it, and not a shot that does not justify its price!
As well as such comments on the guest's review, as I quoted above, from the waiter are unacceptable.

So far, the place is not heavily loaded, but by 19:00-20:00 the tables on a weekday are already occupied - I recommend booking in advance.
Liqueurs are top. I also recommend looking at the almost daily promotions on the menu.
