I went to relax and unwind in the MATCHES bar and was extremely dissatisfied with the cuisine
The bar, the hall, the atmosphere, everything is at a good level
But the kitchen... leaves much to be desired, I ordered a hot dog with French fries, and it's just terrible. How did it happen that some potatoes just felt raw, and some just consisted of butter? Sausage in a hot dog, did you even try to cook it? Or was it just thrown into the water just for show? Probably the only thing that succeeded was the sauce, which is hard to spoil when buying
Well, the last moment, waiting 40 minutes for a hot dog is certainly strong. Usually, qualified chefs can make a set of snacks during this time, even taking into account the workload of the kitchen. Although, given the female laughter from the kitchen, it's not surprising that it took so long to wait.
So far, 1 star, the kitchen has ruined the whole impression

A girl was working with us today and it seemed that she wanted us to leave as soon as possible. She ignored us. When she came to pick up the glasses, she turned around so quickly and left that you didn't even have time to order something. And about asking "anything else?" And I'm completely silent
I don't think it's worth saying anything about a smile. Even when she brought the bill, we waited 30 minutes for her with the terminal. And I won't say that there were a lot of visitors at this time, as it sometimes happens here.
At the same time, she found time to drink tinctures with friends at the bar

I don't know about other establishments in this chain, but this one has extremely poor service and tinctures. The tinctures feel like they are diluted with water to 5 degrees, or even just do not contain alcohol, some of them are terribly chemical. I'm very disappointed.
