We visited this institution on August 5. The staff is very pleasant and polite. Tinctures are great! I liked Baylis the most. I wanted to try a tincture of sorrel and kiwi, but they were not available.
A green apple is very sour, for an amateur.
As for food, there is a lot to develop. We took quesadillas and French fries. The quesadilla immediately upset the appearance with its filling, a very thin layer of minced meat and a couple of corn, but in the end it turned out to be satisfying. When they ordered fries, they asked what kind of iceberg lettuce would be there, because they could not imagine what a salad in potatoes would do. As a result, it looked like the scraps from the cabbage table were salted and put in a dish. The potatoes themselves are soft, refrozen several times as if. Three small pieces of smelly bacon, I couldn't even swallow it, it all went into a napkin. And I just now read that there are onion chips in the composition of potatoes, but we did not have them.

It wasn't the first time we were in Matches, but it was on Komsomolskaya Street for the first time.
The menu is excellent and varied, the food is delicious, but the tinctures were disappointed, earlier in the "other Matches" they were of better quality. Baileys taste like 3in1 coffee and vodka was dropped there, cherry looks like diluted cherry juice, blueberry and raspberry on smoothies, green apple tastes like cider.
We were in the evening, there were a lot of people, we didn't have to wait long, alcohol was brought 7-10 minutes after ordering, food 20-25 minutes later.
We ordered a table on the summer terrace, our table was not under an umbrella, it was lucky that it did not start raining.

We came spontaneously and late because we wanted to chat and have a snack. We were in the institution for the first time. They found us a table, they gave us delicious food at reasonable prices. The food arrived quickly enough. It was delicious. I really liked the service. We were sitting outside, there was a pleasant atmosphere and the audience around. Unfortunately, I never tasted the legendary tinctures, but the impression of food and cocktails remained blurred. We were very pleased with the promotional cocktails, but at the same time the options from the main menu are frankly three and then only due to the low price tag (~ 360p or 12 br). Separately, I was "pleased" with the clover club with chicken eggs in the composition (hello, unpleasant smell and salmonella). Burgers with bones, meat is not fried in places, it is impossible to eat after a couple of bites.
A great place for those who do not care about the taste and consistency of food, for others there are plenty of slightly less budget, but much more pleasant bars in the area.

The place is getting worse and worse every year…
we visited this institution on 06/20/2024. I was met by a beautiful girl, escorted to the counter (there were only places there, familiarized with the menu and left, saying to wait for the waiter (they do not have uniforms or badges)
let's start with the bar: we ordered 15 of the most popular tinctures here (there was a 1 + 1 promotion, so the majority opinion)
most of the tinctures are quite monotonous and cloying (vodka mixed with berry / fruit / sweet puree) - they may be worth their money, but after ordering 36 shots and drinking 23 pieces, they went like two An amateur won't appreciate bottles of ordinary beer, but it's fine to try some.
We also tried used lemonade (watermelon / passion fruit) - delicious, fresh and aesthetically pleasing, I RECOMMEND IT.
Let's start with the kitchen: delicious, but rather mediocre - an analogue of the poppy. we ordered croutons, rings - mediocre dishes.
the most interesting thing started after ordering a hot dog - I took 2 bites - disgusting, immediately gave it to the waiter (literally 5/100% was eaten. I thought that the tasteless dish would not be included in the price list and the final price, as in most bars and restaurants in Minsk - I was DEEPLY mistaken, they also included the question "why, because nothing was eaten - they said that this was the policy of the institution, (by the way, they talked with other visitors of this institution - they said that among the network "matches" is the worst institution, they recommended visiting the bar "Oktyabrskaya str. 19B" - the kitchen and bar are much better).
Well, they paid and left.
bottom line: if you want to spend the evening surrounded by minors, with extremely average food and mediocre drinks - welcome!

Everyone comes here for delicious tinctures, which are nothing, as it turned out. Kiwi, black currant, like smoothies with sugar and vodka, a carbohydrate bomb for the body. Strawberry ice cream is like yogurt with vodka. Now I understand why the regular guests there, wash down the tinctures with water. To be honest, it's a complete disappointment. I do not advise you to take tinctures here, it is better to take cocktails, they are definitely suitable and there is not as much sugar as in tinctures.

We approached the restaurant, saw an empty table, did not have time to go in, but literally from the threshold the waitress with an intonation a la "why did you come here at all" and said with the same face that the wait would be 40 minutes, nevertheless decided to sit down and wait, the evening is long, we thought, we'll talk, we'll wait. They sat down and began to choose. After a while, another waitress runs up and, with a claim that we sat down here at all, said that the table was occupied and booked. There was no reservation sign on the table when we sat down, in fact, it did not smell, besides, the previous waitress with a dissatisfied face did not say anything. Then, after a while, the hostess came up to us and asked if we had booked a table. It was said that we had not booked, but why can't we sit at a table that is absolutely free? And there was no "reserved" sign on it? To which we were told, almost rolling our eyes, "well, actually, the guests who booked have already arrived." The fact that the staff in your institution cannot cope and simply cannot put up a sign is not a problem for guests. Instead of offering an alternative or just an elementary apology, we were told in a tone as if they were doing us a favor and at the same time making a claim that "well, if you want to, you can sit down at the bar."
In short, in a nutshell, if you want to be literally escorted out, almost kicked out of the institution, and in a boorish manner, then welcome!
Dear administrators, managers, teach your staff at least to talk politely. Customer orientation is not something that is at 0, it has gone into the negative.

Невероятно шикарное место, особенно учитывая приятные цены для кошелька (по крайней мере в моём случае).
Персонал дружелюбный и вежливый. Даже менеджер в инсте, во время бронирования мест, был очень мил в общении. А на месте персонал был ещё более благоприятный.
Атмосфера располагающая, а интерьер, в заведении, приятный и уютный.
Всё было вкусно от еды до алкоголя.
Насколько помню, несколько цен (может кому-нибудь пригодится):
Лимонады до 10р (3-4 вкуса);
Настойки (шоты) - по 4 р каждая;
Мороженое (несколько шариков) - 7р;
Еда - большая часть до 10 рублей (однако бургеры рублей 15-20 - не пробовали. Пробовали горячие чипсы с сыром и соусом 😍, фри чиз (вроде), наггетсы)

Любимое заведение, где можно выпить вкусные и недорогие настойки. Карта коктейлей тоже неплохая, широкий выбор еды и закусок. Почти каждый день какие-то акции, что делает заведение еще более интересным. Время ожидания небольшое даже в часы, когда очень много людей. Персонал спокойный и доброжелательный. Внутри создается атмосфера обычного бара, но столики на улице имеют свой шарм, учитывая уединенность места.
