Like it:
1. Sandy beach
2. A relatively good restaurant, there is always food
3. In the main restaurant, the staff tries hard, they clean the tables, bring drinks, are polite.

I didn't like it:
1. The room stock is very old, there are definitely no renovations. Old furniture, always a half-open minibar.
2. Small rooms.
3. The cleaning quality is terrible. They do not clean up every day (we have not been cleaned for the last 4 days for sure), they do not wash the balcony at all.
4. Constant drops of water in the shower, then hot, then icy, there is no point in switching - nothing will change.
5. The air conditioner is not working. The air is blowing, but not cold, even when the temperature is set to +10 degrees. The master was called twice to fix the air conditioner. The whole fix was that the grate was washed. Accordingly, there is no sense.
6. There is no sound insulation, this is especially audible if your room has a view of the sea and the pool.
7. Broken dishes in a restaurant are just annoying. Plates, glasses, mugs are chipped everywhere.
8. Drinks are served in paper disposable cups by the pool, by the beach, in all bars.
9. The evening program is very weak. There are a lot of people sitting in the bar, but no one except the animators dances to the music played by the DJ.
10. There is nothing to do with children here.
In general, we do not recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel. I had a rest from 09/15/2024-09/22/2024. A large room with a sea view, a huge well-groomed territory, a lot of cafes (ice cream (in a thin waffle sheet- very tasty). Bars (make good cocktails). One caveat (not all bartenders make delicious and do not always listen to what you ask). But overall, I had a great time. The sea is fabulous. The holidays that are arranged at the hotel are fun (Oktoberfest is simply grandiose). Special thanks to the chefs: the food is always different, delicious, and the cakes are above all praise!!! Special thanks to the waiter girl, who solved all the issues very quickly and professionally (I put her photo, I'm sorry, I don't remember her name). I will definitely return to the hotel.

A great hotel for spending a vacation with your family. A large room with a separate pool, a large area with many cafes, an om water park, a beach and much more. Kids are going crazy because everything is included and you can eat ice cream without restrictions. Since the territory is large, there is not even a need to go outside the hotel, unless to visit the zoo and shopping malls.

I especially liked the spa area, the steam room, two types of saunas with different temperatures, a hammam, a very large pool with soft relaxation areas, tea and drinks to choose from))
The rooms are cleaned daily, the linen is snow-white, the refrigerator is full, there is a safe, mattresses, comfortable pillows, pillows, by the way, of three types))
The staff is friendly, smiling, maybe we weren't tired yet, we were in May.
There are enough sun beds, a pier with a bar, with umbrellas))

We stayed at this hotel in late August-early September 2024. First, about the advantages: a beautiful hotel, large, atmospheric. A very nice huge swimming pool, which is comfortable for both adults and children. Gorgeous sea and beach. A comfortable approach, some pebbles at the entrance, but then the bottom is sandy. The beach itself is sandy. And unfortunately, all the advantages end there.
Now about the cons:
- numbers. It is worth considering, if you take a regular tour with a standard room, then you will be accommodated in an old room with dilapidated furniture. Overlooking the nearby Adam and Eve Hotel, where there is daily loud animation until 12:00. We paid extra on the spot for a superior room with partial sea view. It cost $ 200 for ten nights (with a discount), the prices for rooms with full sea views are inadequate - an additional payment of $ 100 for each day. Surprisingly for 5*, they do not give shower gel, only shampoo, hair balm and body lotion. Cleaning is daily, average.
Terribly uncomfortable beds, pillows are just terrible. You can order an orthopedic pillow for free, it is also impossible to sleep on it, as well as on the standard one that they offer. My back just falls off the mattress.
- the restaurant. The food is monotonous, fried meat and fish every day, but it is often peppered. Sometimes they give grilled or stewed shrimp. Good desserts, there are even very tasty ones. But one of the vacationers said that he found a piece of glass in the dessert, which he swallowed. And the hotel didn't even apologize for that. Again, according to him, she did not hold a candle. On the third day, my husband was very badly poisoned by fried chicken. I felt bad after the cheese gozleme. This is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey, and for such things to happen in a hotel of the declared level is nonsense. Considering that almost everyone who comes here is with children. The quality of the food should still match. A children's restaurant - we can say that it does not exist. The menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is extremely meager, one can say nothing. Porridges are disgusting, especially rice porridge.

The service in the lobby bar is slow, in the evening, when everyone comes to sit and relax, one or two waiters work. Until you wait for them, you'll fall asleep. There is no music on the beach all day, the mini disco for children is disgusting, instead of an incendiary program, they discuss who is what for half an hour. All the entertainment for the evening is a party in the lobby bar with wonderful live, but wildly boring, music. Half an hour of such fun and not only the child will fall asleep, but you will fall asleep with him.
- prices. Hookah 40€, room extension for four hours 140€, massage from 120€. Forget about the free hammam. You will be taken to a completely unheated room. If you want to go to a normal sauna, then this is already a VIP area and you also have to pay extra for it. A la carte restaurants all cost $35 per person. At the same time, their menu is the most ordinary.
In general, I definitely would not have come here a second time. And I do not recommend it to anyone, there are hotels in the same price segment where it is much better. You should not chase a beautiful picture.

Once a week there is a fish day with crabs and langoustines. Twice a week, the meat is baked almost whole. Who takes it on the chest, it's scary for the liver. The administration tries to make guests feel comfortable. But the staff is not very good. I won't say it's bad, but I won't go anymore. He beats off his price. The pictures match. Do not check in on the ground floor. I looked there. People walk almost under the windows. Animation for three. Even the nursery. Few. Only water aerobics is good. Pilates and yoga. That's great for sports. And delicious persimmons.

2 families with children aged 5-17 stayed at the hotel from 13.11-20.11.24 . Those who do not like to read for a long time, the hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday, mainly the 60+ contingent.
Pros: the hotel has a beautiful interior , the rooms are in good condition , cleaning every day. The bar is replenished daily ( cola , fanta , sprite , mineral and ordinary water , beer ) . The food is delicious , but I'm already tired of it in a week , there 's no variety , there 's enough of everything , but it's almost the same every day . Very tasty cakes and pastries , respect to the pastry chef. Drinks are imported and locally produced, the quality is normal. The waiters are great , they clean everything quickly . In the lobby bar, the waiters are mostly set up for foreigners of retirement age. The sea is 20-22 degrees , you can swim , it is tolerable .
Minuses:
Outdoor pools and slides do not work , although the tour operator told us that they will be heated from November 15 , warm only in the spa and then sometimes , children 's ones are also cool , animation is absent from the word at all , only a game of darts and bocce saved , thanks to the animator of small stature ) I do not remember his name , lit up. The disco starts at 00:00 and no one goes there , the bars on the street were almost empty at the end of the rest. We are resting now, 06.10.2024. I like everything very much. A nice, beautiful hotel in the Moroccan style. The service is excellent. The food is excellent and varied. The area is very beautiful. With a view of the pool and the sea, it's just a thrill!!! From the balcony, you could listen to live music that took place by the pool, for example. The pool is just Olympus)) It's the biggest I've ever seen! Ice cream, waffles, pastry shop, beach cafes, tortillas - there is always something to eat, and it is very tasty. Finally, there was no queue for ice cream!! Since almost the whole day is available! It was also the first time I saw that the administration was conducting a questionnaire all over the beach, pool with suggestions, questions and complaints. The customer service is working well. There is always an opportunity to come with comments, and they are eliminated immediately. Perhaps the hotel was not 100% full, so the service was excellent. But here one can only guess. We are definitely lucky with this, for which special thanks!!! The sea is the warmest, there are a few pebbles from the shore, then sand. Fish periodically bite near the shore, but there are none on the sand further away. Therefore, there was no discomfort. What else I liked is that there are no annoying tour operators: there are tours, shopping, but the staff are very tactful.

I didn't like the food at all, everything is very similar and not quite clear, they overreached from the format. And a lot of monotonous things. For a sweet table, you can safely put 1 star, everything is not delicious, it is decorated very beautifully, but it tastes like a master of sweets, I boldly say no.
Cleaning is a separate topic, it feels like I was constantly occupying the cleaner's room and interfering with her work. We were always at the wrong time.

Good afternoon, we rested at the Spice hotel for 10 days, I want to express my impressions about the hotel.
The territory is large, there is a place to walk, I am glad that there are several pools and a water park, although small and it needs to be fixed, because it is very difficult to call 4 slides an aquapark, but in general it is good that there is at least something for children.
I liked the fact that there is a mini club, and the girls in it are great animators, we want to thank Mary, Mariana and Natalie from the whole family, beautiful girls, the children loved them with all their hearts, did not want to leave, this is our first experience. There were a lot of activities and games for children, they always went to football, the child ran with open arms to the animator Mary. Natalie is a super chef, she always knew what was going on at the hotel, they could come up at any time and find out information about events for both children and adults.
The restaurant, we liked the food, we would like more variety, but in general everything was always delicious, and the most pleasant thing in the evenings were seafood and ice cream for children.
The beach is nice, clean, there is a pier, sun beds, everything is fine, you could always have a good rest. Our vacation was successful, thank you for your patience and professionalism, we want to come next year!!!

I recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once.
By itself, it is very conceptual, you immediately get into the atmosphere of bliss and relaxation.
The hotel is like an oriental palace, in which you really feel like a guest. The staff is friendly, trying to please.
Now in order: we rested together with our son, 9 years old. We were at the height of the season - the end of August. We lived in a standard room on the ground floor.The rooms are large, well maintained and clean. The textiles are good, except for small towels, there are bathrobes.
Cleaning is quite superficial, but, given the regularity, it is normal. Replenishment of the mini-bar every day.
Upon arrival, they found small ants, turned to Guest Relief, and killed them.
The bathroom - yes, the bath area itself is somewhat outdated, but you can rinse off. And we washed every day in the hammam - the spa area is beyond praise, I liked it much more than the popular hammam quatre in the city. My son and I went there every day, although the children don't really like it. And here my son was asking for it, and I was getting high.
Food: very plentiful and varied, a huge amount of high-quality food for every taste. 2 times a week fish day - crabs, crayfish, langoustines, mussels, shrimps. Once a week, an evening of Turkish cuisine - I personally did not go in, but it is interesting to try.
I was pleased with the huge amount of fruits and berries, the plates are clean - you can see right from the dishwasher, I haven't seen a single dirty appliance or dishes during the whole vacation. There are enough staff, they approach quickly, respond to any request, speak all languages.
There is an opportunity to eat inside with air conditioning or outside. The barbecue is always open at lunch and in the evening.
In general, from 12.30 to 16-17 they are fed at every step. We really liked the sumak snack bar on the coast.
Ice cream from 13.00 to night. Bars are also at every turn, but I liked the Casablanca bar the most - on the ground floor of the hotel. There are really "amazing" cocktails and an amazing lounge environment.
The hotel is not designed for a large number of places, so the beach and the territory are more than sufficient in volume. The territory is very well maintained, blooming, decorated. Amazing pools - my son did not get out of them. There is enough space for everyone. The pools are clean, and occasionally a small amount of sand appears - not everyone washes their feet after the beach - but thanks to constant cleaning, the water is clear again the next day.
The beach is not bad, the pier is in good condition, the sand. Good mattresses on the sun beds. There's plenty of room for everyone. Bar staff walk around, serve drinks and fruits.
But, I would like to clean the pier stairs from greenery, the underwater part is all overgrown.
Of the cons: the swimsuit and GUESS glasses were missing, I remember that I brought both of them into the room. Disappeared, I've watched it a million times. Guest relief was searched for, but not found. We've been looking for a swimsuit for a week. Neither one nor the other. It overshadowed my vacation. If you do find things, send them to me by mail, I will pay for the delivery.
The child especially liked the children's club, excellent friendly animators and their ideas, especially Mariana. My son was constantly entertained, from 10.30 to 00.00 there were some activities, each time different. I didn't want to leave! And I've been having a great rest all this time.

The staff is Excellent, responsive, polite, no need to call anyone, they come and offer something to drink. The staff has a solid 5%, a lot of Russian speakers.
Room - at the beginning of the check-in, we were given just a battered room, the furniture was broken, we had to go figure it out at the reception. In general, they had a reinvention, but it doesn't even smell like it. The numbers are solid 3.
Food - the kitchen is more normal, there is a great choice, fresh food, but the choice between days is the same kebab chicken, little seafood.
The beach infrastructure is excellent, the beach is sand, the entrance is small pebbles, the sea is dirty, but if you enter from the pier it is normal. The pool is great.
The hammam is normal, the pool is cold inside.
Animation 3/5 is as much of a program as possible. Overall, spice is 3.8 out of 5. I'm definitely not coming here next time. I'd rather take a cheaper one in Kemer, but the quality will be much higher.

We were in Spice for the first time. I can say that out of 5 there are 4 solid ones. Convenient location, clean rooms, a huge selection of dishes all the time, various performers come to sing songs, shows every evening. In general, everything is great. Love and respect for chefs. There is a cat house! The hotel looks after the animals, but they are not sterilized and there are a lot of kittens. Plus the spa! You don't have to get out there. This hotel is for those who want 100% safety for their child!! We come here regularly, we are known from the cook to the photographer! My child calmly went to the sea on his own at the age of 6 and swims on high waves! The guys are watching him from the Pier, I ask for this in advance! We came for the autumn holidays in 2024 (from October 24 to November 4).
As always, it took 11 hours to get from the house in St. Petersburg to the hotel. With two children, 7 years old and almost 2 years very tired))
But upon check-in, we had to struggle with the reception:
We had a side sea view room booked in the main building, and without warning, they tried to push us into a room in the annex, overlooking the pool, which is much smaller, with direct access to the pool, which I would say is dangerous with small children, and There is also a persistent smell of chlorine from the same pool. In addition, there are a lot of stairs on the way to the main building (in which there is a restaurant and so on), our youngest was periodically in a wheelchair, it turns out, we would have to constantly carry it.
We returned to the reception and explained everything that we wanted the room WE had booked. To which we were told that they could check us into a room in the main building tomorrow. We're like, well, what should we do, let's go have dinner…
At dinner, we realized that we didn't want to move or agree to some kind of setup. We resolutely went to the reception with a request to check into the room that we had booked.
The staff stirred, some employees ran in, began to call up, as a result, they showed us a room on the L floor (on the first floor, as well as the reception) with a side view of the sea.
THEY FOOLED US FOR AN HOUR AND DIDN'T GIVE US THE ROOM we had booked in advance.
It ruined the first impression. I am writing in such detail that the owner and management will pay attention. You guys can't do that.
Otherwise, everything was fine. There's not enough vegetation, but it's like the guys are working on it. The food is good, I really liked the restaurant on the beach, the cleaning is also good, we left tips, but very little, it was clean. The courts are great, we practiced every day

we have just arrived from this hotel and I want to say that do not listen to bad reviews about it,this is a super hotel,in all respects,the territory is great,the rooms are all excellent after renovation,the food is so delicious and varied that you can't try everything,the cleanliness is perfect everywhere,the attitude of the staff is good,the sea is very clean nearby and it's warm, there aren't many people, there are a lot of sun beds, they're all new and comfortable.In general, it's just paradise, we had such a great rest, there are no words, but of course the prices in Belek are simply sky-high, I recommend this fabulous and wonderful hotel to everyone...we were there from October 3 to October 11

I am currently staying at the hotel. I've been flying to Belek for 4 years in a row. I visited Alva Donna 2 times and Belek Beach last year. Of all the Spice hotels, the worst!
Of the cons:
- the water runs cold, then hot (it is difficult to wash the child), and in some rooms there is no hot water at all (originally lived in room 6009, overpowered due to lack of hot water);
- the water pressure from the shower is weak, although it flows well from the tap;
- there should be no dishes with chips in a 5* hotel;
- over the beds there is a canopy made of tulle with holes;
- shower gel was given only for the 6th day of stay;
- out of our company, 7 people were poisoned by 2 (including me), I have been lying all day. I met my friends, they also said they were poisoned on arrival;
- it's just dark in the hotel and on the territory, you have to walk with a flashlight in some places🤣;
- the water in the pools is icy, no one swims;
- there is nothing outside the hotel except the neighboring hotels, you can only walk along the dirty fences;
- the entertainment program for adults is very weak.
Of the advantages:
- excellent entry into the sea, good for children. Deep at first, and then it gets shallow;
- the animators in the children's room are great, the children hang out in the room all day (although it's stuffy inside). That's where the advantages ended.
Definitely not coming back here!

In fact, the impression of the hotel is very twofold. And if I had written a review immediately after returning, I would have "chopped " 3 stars and a bunch of cons. Emotionally, so to speak. But I tried to "exhale" and convince myself to be as objective as possible.

The bartenders are good. The guy at the beach bar is just space. Not young, but so nimble. He served cocktails and fruits. In general, I just noticed his activity))) not by age.
The hotel itself is visually like the sultan's house))) all in mirrors, rhinestones, columns, carved velvet furniture. Well, outwardly it's just good. But still, it would be better to pay more attention to the numbers. Broken-down, however. People don't live in the lobby and reception after all.
Next, just a warning to families with small children - do not take a sea view. They didn't warn at the reception that the music was playing until 12 o'clock at night (and sometimes longer), and it sounded as if someone had arranged a disco in the next room. The music itself and the party are not a minus, I'll make a reservation right away. There are just disgusting "faces" at the reception, who sold this view of the sea for an additional fee, seeing that we are with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. When they came to ask for a room change, they said there were no available rooms on the other side, when they appeared, we would inform them, but we would not refund the money. Yes, choke on this money, just move it and let the children sleep peacefully. But ... alas. Alas and ah)) dishonest, just a sediment, ugh.

The beach is not bad. Not a good one, but a good one. The foot pads are broken in places. Instead of umbrellas, awnings - which clearly makes the hotel cheaper. The sun warms up through them much more powerfully than through umbrellas.
The territory is large and green. There is a place to walk.
A swimming pool, several slides, a paddling pool - all in the Turkish manner.
By the way, the pool is dirty (the little one caught an infection((. Although I myself am to blame, I vowed not to let her into the pool, but because the sea was dirty I had to break my principle. In vain(
Cleaning is a quiet horror (despite the $5 tip... It is unclear why they left it..the habit is already in progress)
In general, "thanks" to the spice hotel, I realized that I no longer want to go to Turkey on the Mediterranean ...
Of course, the Max Royal hotel nearby is another level, and my friends were delighted. But I am not ready to give more than a million for Turkey for a week. Even Max)))

Замечательный отель. Территория компактная, все недалеко, но все есть - и погулять, и позаниматься спортом и , конечно, покупаться. Территория очень ухоженная, видно, что продуманный дизайн. Фонтанчики очень гармонично смотрятся.
Кухня шикарна, на любой вкус, питаться можно почти круглосуточно) пополнение бара ежедневно .
Анимация ненавязчиво, но занимательная. Натали, Алёна-привет) сын играл в волейбол два раза в день, до сих пор под впечатлением.
Самый младший гость шашей семьи шлёт поцелую девочкам из детского клуба.
Рекомендую от всей души.

Positive :
- we were lucky , they gave us a big room ;
- swimming pools throughout the territory ;
- we extended the room without any problems .
Minuses :
- they are trying to clean the room at 9 a.m. , I had to lock the door :
- we extended the room to check out later , the cleaner did not stop it , she broke an hour before the room was delivered ;
- calculate at once that it is written UAL , and this is AL. The restaurant is one and on time . Near the beach, it works from 13 to 16 and coffee machines are constantly broken there, the order is not brought the first time. I tried to order an ice cream with fruits for three days in a row ( they brought it on the third day )
- when we were sitting near the beach , someone ordered a cocktail at the bar, then the waiter tried it before taking it to the visitor 😱;
- For the first time I saw that the pool was not cleaned of the word in the evening - at all ;
- the meat in the restaurant was too spicy some days
- the disco for children is boring ;
- the garden positions itself that it works until 12 at night , you bring the child at 21-15 , they say take it away in 1 hour .
- there is such a stench in the garden that it even gave me a headache , to be honest , poor children .
- by the way, the beach wasn't super clean either ;

Шикарная утопающая в зелени территория ,пляж широкий ,но под тентами долго не побудешь ,очень жарко ,побольше тени добавить и шезлонги по 5 и по 3 разграничить, бары и ресторан сювсё стандартно для хорошей 5ки ,аквапарк не большой ,но нам хватало ,номер не большой, для 3х местного номера кровать для ребёнка =раскладушка ,не удобная и маленькая ,если ребенок крупный,то спать будет тесно,наша миниатюрная ,но и для неё места ограничено,в общем в 2х местный доставили раскладушку для которой в номере места нет от слова совсем ,мы в номере только ночевали ,но всё же нас 3 полноценных человека и хотелось бы чтобы номер соответствовал категории.Лоби большой ,коктейли вкусные ,имп.напитки ,здесь нареканий нет. В целом отдыхом очень довольны ! Спасибо ,спайс

Very good hotel, 5 min walk to the sea, there is a kids club, lunch on the beach, a beach bar, adult drinks are good enough, meals for 5, 30 min transfer from the Airport.
I recommend. Slides for both children and adults. There are also saunas and a pool in the hotel, a gym, a bowling alley.

There were reviews from early visitors, let's change a little in a positive direction! About alcohol, all imported-everything corresponds to the names. Good sound insulation of the rooms, you can't hear the neighbors, just walking noisily down the corridor.

An amazing vacation! The food is varied, everything is very tasty. Alcoholic cocktails are good, there is also a large selection.
